It's looking fairly obvious, thanks to Feldman, that the prosecution
is starting to have more holes in it's case than a swiss cheese.

I'd say, with regard to Feldman's lawyerly performances in past cases,
he usually gets very strong in the late innings.
I believe we have seen his usual technique...
that of first meticulously laying the groundwork,
then coming on in the defense segment of the trial with "knockout blows".

I'm sorry to say, I see ol' Dusek on the canvas by the time the defense rests.
It's apparent the prosecution is trying, to prove their case,
as opposed to having a case.
My gut feeling: Feldman is revving up the chainsaw.

I'll make this prediction based on Feldman's past track record:
"Feldman will provide us with "dot connections" during the defense segment
of the trial, the groundwork, of which, has already been laid that will dramatically
sink BOTH Dusek's case and his career.

Watch and see... it's Feldman's style.

It's been my opinion for a few weeks now that the prosecution knows DAW did not commit this crime. I also believe that LE knows this too. They were led into this by the VD's. Whereas most think Dusek is blowing this, I think they are laying the groundwork for the inevitable indictment of Damon. Get it all out now in discovery. Give enough to make sure the jury can't possibly find him guilty. If they jump on Damon now, he lawyers up and we have another John and Patsy Ramsey on their hands. Let Damon and Brenda stew awhile longer. They are displaying the classic signs, i.e. the big purchases, of a couple who know they have very little freedom left.
