Besides Mr. Clinton, others named in the complaint are former National Security Adviser Anthony Lake, former Deputy National Security Adviser Samuel Berger, Ambassador Richard Holbrooke and former U.S. Ambassador to Croatia Peter Galbraith.
Extradite these men immediately. In diplomatic bags.

It would serve them right after Clinton signed the agreement, just before leaving office, calling for International Courts after saying that he wouldn't.

Henry Hyde used to be such an eloquent and respected orator.

This antish activity by so many of the U.N. ilk is worsened by his recognition of these insectile organizations.

Not being able to nail Clinton is no excuse for these worthless writings.

Simply more kindling for other lunatic sub-organizations of the United Excretions...

Weeeelll it's taken them a year longer than I thought it would. They'll toss in Tony Blair eventually. That'll make it a sitting head of state and a US citizen and former President. Bubba will dig in his heels but it'll all be for show. Bush would have to chain Clinton down to keep him from testifying. Bubba wouldn't miss the chance to destroy US sovereignty.

Just who is the Croation World Congress? It sounds like it may not be representative of Croatia opinion, but that is just a guess.

Fears that American officials and soldiers will be prosecuted for participating in U.N.-backed peacekeeping efforts lie behind the Bush administration's threat to scuttle the present U.N. peacekeeping mission in Bosnia.

Cool. However, what happened in Krajina wasn't a "UN-backed peacekeeping effort". It was an attack on a largely defenceless population - a war crime. America shouldn't be exempted when it comes to answering for mass-slaughter like 'Operation Storm'. If it weren't for the U.S., those crimes would've never happened. Under the tutelage of the MPRI, the Croats attacked Krajina and expelled half a million Serbs who had lived there for 5 centuries. They received U.S. Air Force support and some of the U.S. politicians present in Croatia at the time even rode around atop the Croatian tanks.

No matter how we may feel about Clinton or the KLA in Kosovo, it is hard to side with Serbian attacks on Catholic Croatia.

The enemy of our enemy is not automatically our friend.

He (Clinton) may be a total asshole, but he's our asshole. NO other nation/Global B.S. get's the reigns on this or anyhting else that deals with our citizens. Let the lack of backbone with our higher up's serve notice, we have work to do here at home.

How does turning over a war criminal or two make the Serbs our friends? And how will allowing one of our enemies to destroy or at least detain another of our enemies suggest or imply support for Serbian aggression? Can you think of a better way to make use of one of our many enemies?

To many on FreeRepublic, the fact that Clinton bombed the Serbs automatically makes the Serbs saints in their eyes.

There were no saints on any side of the Yugoslav wars. However, given a choice between the Serbs trying to establish a Greater Serbia in Croatia and the Croats defending Croatia, I'll side with the Croats.

Yes. It is odd to think about but I must agree. Who would have ever thought I would find myself defending bill clinton from anyone? But he is indeed our asshole.

If you mean turning over Clinton, think about the future implications to the U.S.

Once such a precedent is set, then any American policymaker can be turned over to a foreign Court once the political winds change in the future.

Cuba can demand that members of the Reagan Administration be handed over to a U.N. Tribunal for attacking Cuban troops in Grenada. An America-hating U.N. would only be too happy to support such a request.

What next? Handing over George W. Bush to a U.N. Tribunal in the year 2009 for his support of "racist Israel"? Handing over Bush, Senior because Iraq claims "genocide" as a result of Gulf War sanctions?

American sovereignty must never be surrendered to a foreign institution. Not even in the case of William Jefferson Clinton.

Clinton may be lower than whale sh*t at the bottom of the ocean but he is America's whale sh*t and no country but America has a right to judge him.
