Besides Mr. Clinton, others named in the complaint are former National Security Adviser Anthony Lake, former Deputy National Security Adviser Samuel Berger, Ambassador Richard Holbrooke and former U.S. Ambassador to Croatia Peter Galbraith.
Extradite these men immediately. In diplomatic bags.

Henry Hyde used to be such an eloquent and respected orator.
This antish activity by so many of the U.N. ilk is worsened by his recognition of these insectile organizations.
Not being able to nail Clinton is no excuse for these worthless writings.
Simply more kindling for other lunatic sub-organizations of the United Excretions...

Weeeelll it's taken them a year longer than I thought it would. They'll toss in Tony Blair eventually. That'll make it a sitting head of state and a US citizen and former President. Bubba will dig in his heels but it'll all be for show. Bush would have to chain Clinton down to keep him from testifying. Bubba wouldn't miss the chance to destroy US sovereignty.

Just who is the Croation World Congress? It sounds like it may not be representative of Croatia opinion, but that is just a guess.

The investigation
will be dismissed by hook or by crook, eventhough USN EA-6Bs flew EW and SEAD support for the Croatian forces. Still, I'd like to see several senior members of MPRI grilled publically and we may find out who 'owns' the enterprise. My bets are on the CIA (or more likely the DIA), as it matches the ethos of concentrating finances on core activities and contracting out other operations to apparently separate enterprises (Air America for example). This allows the CIA to claim plausible denial. I bet it started out as a CIA/DIA 'seed' company.

The United States provided military and technical assistance to Operation Storm in order to deliver a defeat to then-Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic's goal of forging an ethnically pure "Greater Serbia." Jeffrey T. Kuhner should look at the demographics of Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, and Albania before he makes such an absurd statement. Serbia is far and away the most ethnically mixed.

The delicious development of the investigation against Clinton administration figures was correctly predicted by many, as nicely described in an
article from the American Conservative Union. In particular Richard Holbrooke, who was not wise enough to keep his mouth shut, has publicly made several statements that constitute prima facie evidence against himself and his bosses and colleagues.
One of the most important public documents amply documenting the blatantly illegal actions of the Clinton administration and their complicity in war crimes in Croatia and Bosnia is the "Dutch report" on Srebrenica and Bosnia (related article in the Guardian). It is noteworthy that the report finds no evidence against Milosevic for Srebrenica and very little, if any, evidence even against Karadjic (as per mainstream press articles). Last I heard, the report could be bought for $200 but was not available on the internet. Is this still the case?

And Clintoon supported the ICC. Talk about poetic justice!!!

When asked if the prosecutor's office plans to indict Mr. Clinton and U.S. officials, Florence Hartmann, spokeswoman for Mrs. Del Ponte, said: "We are working on the basis of an ongoing investigation." Ohhhh,if only life could be so easy......LOL

Guys, don't tempt me. As much as I'd like to see Clinton face the music, I think the American military should bomb any country who would support these clowns attempting to come after an American citizen. These people are hypocrites. Why don't they go after Sadam, or Mugabe or Arafat?
They won't touch a Muslim terrorist because they know the Muslims would give them about five minutes to live. They think Americans are so stupid we'd stand by and let them take one of ours before their kangaroo court. How wrong they are.
