BeachDude,
May I invite to join the discussion here: Why There Are So Many Women in the Fathers' Movement
One of our purposes in trying to help mini_teacup find Billy is so that the family can resolve these matters through the proper channels.
Thank you for your help in keeping the thread bumped. The dissolution of any family is painful to watch and the ramifications are far and wide, both immediate and subsequent.
May I appeal to your sense of kindness and take the discussion to the thread that I have pointed out?
Thank you.

Thank you for your post to BeachDude. I, too, wish he would go to the thread you suggested. His posts here are irrelevant and insensitive. The days of the Mother going to court, crying "I am the Mother, he should be with me" are long gone. The judge issued this custody order because mini-Teacup had evidence that her child was in danger. Why is that so hard to understand? If the judge did not see enough evidence, he would not have granted the order. If he was unsure, he would have remanded the matter to Family Court.
Remember--the father here is not rich and/or famous. He has been unemployed for 13 months so his funds are limited. He has not thought this through and has no plans, IMO, to take it to another state. And even if he did, another state would probably be aware of the NC order and would have to look at the evidence in that court.
So everyone, please. Let us just pray for the RETURN OF BABY BILLY to his Mother, as the Law has declared.
