The hideous physics of the 'suicide state'

The president's men who are so eager to reward the Palestinian killers with a state of their own ought to consider what actually happens when a suicide bomber begins his journey to Islamic paradise.

The Palestinian campaign of indiscriminate murder by stealth, inflicting pain and death in a way that might have been perfected by primitive vandals in medieval ignorance, has already dulled our sensibility to the savagery. Some of us treat the barbarians as if they deserve the decencies of civilized men.

After each new terror attack, the IDF will take and hold a 1K wide strip on the PA side of the Green Line.

I agree this is a great idea. I think Israel is about to come to the same conclusion.

I don't mean it has to be literally taken strip by strip. If the terrain and political demographics better suit, the land should be taken in chunks where it will favor Israel.

The West Bank is 6,000 square kilometers. Israel should annex about 100 to 200 square kilometers which are contiguous to Israel after each terror attack. Or perhaps ten square kilometers for each terrorist killing and maiming.

I hope so. The status quo is unsustainable.

A little atheism might go a long way there.

Atheism isn't really any better. In this situation, People are saying "doing bad stuff for allah makes it good", with atheism it is more like "there is no such thing as bad stuff, unless it is done to me."

So you advocate the slaughter of entire families who are innocent of any wrongdoing and who may have even tried to discourage their misguided family member? You aren't even attempting to think. You are worse than the barbarians you condemn.

I agree, BUT, in those cases where it can be proved that family members, or others, DID know about the suicide bomber's intentions in advance, and did nothing to stop the act, why not arrest and try them for their criminal complicity (and possibly seize assets for victim compensation)?

I don't understand why this Israelis are not doing this, assuming they are not. I, as an American, would certainly be charged, or at least my local district attorney would seriously consider charging me, under corresponding circumstances over here if I knew a family member was going to commit a murder and did nothing about it.

"The dispatches describing the work of the suicide bombers invariably fall far short of describing the actual result. The children killed are often far more fortunate than those described as "wounded." The wounded are left to suffer in hideous agony, their bodies and organs riddled with the nails and screws and other sharp pieces of steel wrapped around the Semtex explosive. The bedclothes of such a victim must be changed frequently as pieces of shrapnel with blood and flesh attached work their way out of riddled bodies.

This is not the result of gruesome accident, awful as that would be, but the calculated evil of men who have recruited children to kill other children."

Why is it that all of the news services except this and this: " Clovis Maksoud Walks Off Alan Keyes Making Sense Set-- Transcript "  fall short of describing the victim's true state. No one, unless they have seen for themselves, would imaging the full extent of the horrors. Yet if America is every going to pull it's self together to fight these terrorist we must have the truth, the full truth. Until we have the full truth there will still be those who take the tunicate reports as the full story and try to pose the problem as two equally aggrieved sides who just have to work out their differences.

So that there will be no more announcements in which Americans are told to expect similar attacks on her own soil, against her own peoples, and that our economy will continue on this dismal spiral of decline reflecting a growing sense of hopelessness, we must come to terms with the reality of Islam's absolute commitment to annihilate all non-Moslem.

These Islamic terrorist are not the same as us. They want to kill us and until we kill them first, completely, so that they can not threaten us, our economy will continue to be slowly destroyed.

While I wouldn't advocate killing them, they should be thoroughly investigated and, if evidence is found, prosecuted for incitement to murder, accessory to murder, aiding and abetting murder, and myriad other crimes.

It is a crime to knowingly allow a person to commit murder. It is a crime to encourage murder. Many of the families of the bombers and attackers are guilty of many crimes, and deserve punishment for it.

Right. The mothers that appear on the videos are criminals. They should be prosecuted.

Thats my opinion Im weary of collective punishment but the families should be investigated and if they aided the bomber in his act knowingly in any way then they should be executed.

The idea of collective punishment for individual crimes is normally repugnant to Western sensibilities. For a long time, I therefore found the idea of transfer impossible to contemplate. Now, I think it may be something to try. As others have also said, the Israelis should announce a policy of extending the "fence" for every terrorist attack, and evicting everyone on the wrong side.

Another approach would be to simply grant the Palestinians a state at the next terrorist attack. Then, while they are celebrating, declare war and clean house. There must be individual Palestinians who are humane; however, taken as a group they are nihilistic animals. Why is it incumbent on the Israelis to sort them out at great peril to themselves? Who has the time or the multiple lives to waste in this exercise?

In the past, countries have acted to protect themselves. The Romans and the British mounted punitive expeditions to avenge deaths of their citizens abroad. Civilized countries today must do no less if they are not to be overwhelmed by the new barbarians.

I think your pittbull comparison is great! This is really a good way to describe the PA and Arafat and other terror-organizations inciting the Palestinian people to become terrorists.

Whenever I start to feel compassion for these animals, I recall to this website and the image of the woman in the second picture: http://lonestar.texas.net/~sbe eman/wtc/wtc.htm

When I see these pictures, I am horrifically reminded: "It is us or them - there is no shades of grey". These people deserve no mercy from us or Israel, that is for the Creator to grant.

How I wish Netanyahu were in office.

The idea of collective punishment for individual crimes is normally repugnant to Western sensibilities

There are a great number of people involved in this conspiracy to commit a crime, from the religious leaders, to the school teachers, to the families intimate and extended, to the local governments, and the countries like Saudi Arabia who supply to the murdering bomber's families the blood and dismembering monies.

It takes a great deal of constant social pressure on an individual, and a great deal of back up support to get the explosive materials and other intelligence, to get a young person who should have everything to look forward to, to choose instead to blow themselves up so as to better torture little old men and women and babes on their way out.

No punishment would be just if it didn't include all of the accessories to the crime, here they are legion, a nation, enough to call it a war if they just had the backbone and declare themselves a state of Islam.
