So you believe rights are subjective things to be determined by those in power.
The right to swim in a public pool comes from society.
That isn't a right. If your neighbor gives you permission to enter his property for something you do not have the right to be there. You are there because he has allowed it. He could ask you to leave any time. If you had the right to be there then you would not have had to ask permission in the first place.
Where do you contend that right comes from?
When you answer the question as to wether you believe alcohol should be banned, which has been posed to you numerous times, I'll tell you where rights come from.
It's far more dangerous than pot but you want to keep pot illegal and wine legal.
All rights come from the same place. Nobody has the right to swim in a public pool. That is a privilege created by the government who built the pool. You do know the difference between rights and privileges don't you?
EG: Congress shall pass no law..
It seems to me like the states are free to do whatever they see fit within the guidelines of the constution.
The Constitution is not the origin of rights, nor a grant of permission for their exercise.
Bill of Rights, Article 9: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Bill of Rights, Article 10: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
The hours that a public pool are open for use are matters of subjective determination by the those responsible for administering the public's property.

It is obvious to most everyone though, that due process is NOT taking place in the WOD's.

I agree with that. The WOD is unconstitutional in it's form, and it has taken many unconstitutional measures that violate are privacy and rights.
