If you can ever prove that the constitution prohibits state prohibitions on non protected substances, I will listen. Otherwise, due process is taking place.

No one could prove, to you, that the sky was blue.

It is obvious to most everyone though, that due process is NOT taking place in the WOD's.

The states have a right to do as they please (within the framework) It's obvious to everyone but you.

I agree with that. The WOD is unconstitutional in it's form, and it has taken many unconstitutional measures that violate are privacy and rights.
