Different rights have different sources.

So you believe rights are subjective things to be determined by those in power.

The right to swim in a public pool comes from society.

That isn't a right. If your neighbor gives you permission to enter his property for something you do not have the right to be there. You are there because he has allowed it. He could ask you to leave any time. If you had the right to be there then you would not have had to ask permission in the first place.

Where do you contend that right comes from?

When you answer the question as to wether you believe alcohol should be banned, which has been posed to you numerous times, I'll tell you where rights come from.

The hours that a public pool are open for use are matters of subjective determination by the those responsible for administering the public's property.

Bans on the sale of 50% beer seem reasonable to me.

Now, where do you contend that the right to swim in a public pool comes from?
