So you believe rights are subjective things to be determined by those in power.

The hours that a public pool are open for use are matters of subjective determination by the those responsible for administering the public's property.

[Where do you contend that right comes from?]

When you answer the question as to wether you believe alcohol should be banned, which has been posed to you numerous times, I'll tell you where rights come from.

Bans on the sale of 50% beer seem reasonable to me.

Now, where do you contend that the right to swim in a public pool comes from?
