If you can ever prove that the constitution prohibits state prohibitions on non protected substances, I will listen. Otherwise, due process is taking place.

EG: Congress shall pass no law..

It seems to me like the states are free to do whatever they see fit within the guidelines of the constution.

No one could prove, to you, that the sky was blue.

It is obvious to most everyone though, that due process is NOT taking place in the WOD's.
