Good news Jack!

Of course the left wing maggot infested Oregonian will ignore this. They ignored 10,000 people marching last year in Klamath Falls against the rural cleansing attempt.

Logging or making a living off of the land is a mortal sin to the enviral whackos who control most of Oregone (not miss spelled)

You guys need to tie your claims/agenda into the big story, that Oregon is going bankrupt due to the Enviral Policies of Katzenslobber as per his master, Andy Kerr.

Three years ago Kerr said that Oregon had too many jobs and people in Oregon. Katzy agreed and with the help of the enviral nazis has decimated Oregon's economy.

Here is the latest on the enviral poster boy, Katzy and his tax and spend policies: (Katznslobber wants to tax Oregonian's Income Tax!)

No, that is NOT the text of the ordinance. I don't have it. I will Google search and try to find it. I made those up as examples of Anti-UN ordinances that would not be unconstitutional. Sorry if this was misleading.

I've mailed this link to Sierra Times, Drudge Report, Michael Savage, NewsMax and World Net Daily, and the O'Reily factor.

If you can think of anyone else who might pick up the story consider doing the same.

Also, there is the small matter that the US has ratified the UN Treaty; certain UN personnel therefore have diplomatic immunity under the Vienna Convention, and said immunity is to be respected by all inferior jurisdictions, and that is pursuant to Article VI of the Constitution.

All diplomatic immunity means is that they are immune from arrest by local cops. It does not mean that local areas are obligated to provide extra police protection should they visit, nor hold up traffic should they decide to motorcade thru the area.

Not being subject to arrest is a special privelege in itself; the text Jack Black proposed would nullify that.

OK, then, since you seem to be slightly unable to grasp the concept under discussion--pencil in any other secular organization--like, for instance, the National Rifle Association--in place of "United Nations" in the ordinance that La Verkin, Utah passed. Any member of the NRA would be enrolled on a public register maintained by the town.

My link that leads to other links and email addies is this:

Ignorance Making You Ill? Cure It!

and I'll go ahead & email this to my usual list- about 25 papers & 15 opinionators ( had to trim the list a little )- so some will see it now.

why Why did i I know u you would be the one to suck up to the un UN?

In your correction of Plowhand's spelling and grammar, you left out the periods after U and N. You also loused up the word privilege in your post #33. It is not spelled privelege.

Your theory that the Grant County ordinance may be unconstitutional may have merit. But, IMHO, you should stick to debating topics and not try to correct someone else's use of common, acceptable shorthand. You'll come across better.

OK, the point on my spelling taken.

However, when plowhand (whom I have NEVER heard of before today) starts off with a flame, the least he can do is try to sound like he's literate. He can always hang out at tinFOILd00dZ.com if he's going to write in the style of a script-kiddie wannabe hacker.

Could you provide which provision(s) of the Constitution that this violates?

Inquiring minds would like to know.
