Joined by gubernatorial candidate Bill Simon, President Bush continued his trip on the left coast today as he spoke to a crowd in San Jose, CA regarding compassionate conservatism. Last night, Bush attended a fund raiser for Simon and raised $2.75 million dollars. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

His it my imagination or does Simon look really goofy? In a cute sort of way. But he's got these gigantic feet and that goofy smile. He actually reminds me a bit of Reagan. So, goofy in a lovable sort of way.

Rush carried some of Dubya's speech today, but he cut away twice for commercials. DRAT! However, Rush was agreeing step by step with everything Dubya said. He was almost cheering. Dubya sounded STRONG today in his delivery. I often feel that you have to see his facial expressions for the strength of his words to come across. Today was different. A precursor of the future?

I never listen to Rush. It was problems at work with co-workers who can't seem to mind their own business and let me be myself and work the way I feel comfortable.

Got home early today and while my husband was fixing dinner I sat and watched C-span. It was such a good speech--covered all his compassionate conservatism, love thy neightbor, faith based initiatives, etc. and taxes and not throwing money at projects but rewarding results, etc
This president simply is so good!!
I must confess, tho, during my lunch break I ran several errands and I listened to parts of Limbaugh. Limbaugh interrupted his show so as to listen to Bush's speech. That is how I knew it was worth listening to. And as is obvious--I talked a lot about boycotting Rush,-- when I am forced to listen to the doctor's hour or kiddy music or C&W wellllll--I had to tune in Rush. I must admit--Rush has toned it down a bit.

I can't remember ever seeing the JR. Senator from NY legs?
.....I have to correct myself before I post...I do remember the famous beach snapshot....now I've made myself sick.

I am amazed at how "mobile" (is that the right word ??) Pres. Bush's face is...I can see his dad in some pictures (#1 of 10), his mom in others (#1 of 15), he can seem so grave and serious and then he'll break out in that great (natural) smile

rintense, thank you. There was absolutely nothing, I repeat NOTHING!!! on our local Central Coast TV stations today on President Bush's visit and his appearances with our next Governor, Bill Simon.
I'll report tomorrow on whether our local newspapers even cover his visit. Right now, I'm totally disgusted even more than ever with our liberal RAT media here in California. Is it any wonder that we've gone from the state that gave America our wonderful President Ronald Reagan to the state that now spews out Grayout Davis, ChiFi Feinstein and BaBa Bowser Boxer!!!

Great pictures to go along with a Great speech by the President today
