Got home early today and while my husband was fixing dinner I sat and watched C-span. It was such a good speech--covered all his compassionate conservatism, love thy neightbor, faith based initiatives, etc. and taxes and not throwing money at projects but rewarding results, etc

This president simply is so good!!

I must confess, tho, during my lunch break I ran several errands and I listened to parts of Limbaugh. Limbaugh interrupted his show so as to listen to Bush's speech. That is how I knew it was worth listening to. And as is obvious--I talked a lot about boycotting Rush,-- when I am forced to listen to the doctor's hour or kiddy music or C&W wellllll--I had to tune in Rush. I must admit--Rush has toned it down a bit.

Cool. CSPAN schedule says they will replay the speech at 12:32 a.m. EST. I'm in the West so I can handle that. I'm excited to hear and see it now based on comments here.

The President has such a pleasant voice. I could listen to him day in and day out. Unlike 42, I couldn't and still can't stand listening to him

I timidly listened to a little bit of Rush today for the first time in a while, and he didn't say anything too tacky today, in fact talked about how he loves the President, and supports him, etc. But he said he just doesn't agree with some things that are going on that's all.
I was ready to hit the dial if he started getting too bad.
