Not the school, a homosexual, or in this case a homosexual advocate. Better yet, does the minority, consisting of some 2% of the whole have the right to promote it's own beliefs over the other 98% despite the fact that the majority objects to it?

Of course this sort of things happened all the time, under communism.

So in your world it would be a crime to....what exactly? Be specific.

I believe it to be a criminal act to openly support public acts of homosexuality and inflict such behavior on those who find it intolerable.

I think this pretty much said it. Inflicting intolerable behavior upon innocent children that by today's standards equate pedophilia or at the very least child molestation would be a crime. In my world that is, GLSEN apparently wants to make it part of the curriculum.

Not now that people are discussing the undeniable links between homosexuality and pedophilia (even if they've given it a new name which suggests the homos won't rape other people's children until they're 15 or thereabouts).

An old farmer decided it was time to get a new rooster for his hens. The current rooster was still doing an okay job, but he was getting on in years and the farmer figured getting a new rooster couldn't hurt.

So he buys a new cock from the local rooster emporium, and turns him loose in the barnyard.

Well, the old rooster sees the young one strutting around and he's a little worried. So, they're trying to replace me, thinks the old rooster- I've got to do something about this!

Well, the young rooster was a proud sort, and he definately thought he was more than a match for the old guy. 'You're on', he said, 'and since I'm so great, I'll even give you a head start of half a lap. I'll still win easy!'

So the two roosters go over to the henhouse to start the race with all the hens gathering to watch. The race begins and all the hens start cheering the old rooster on. After the first lap, the old rooster is still maintaining his lead. After the second lap, the old guy's lead has slipped a little but he's still hanging in there.

Unfortunately, the old rooster's lead continues to slip each time around, and by the fifth lap he's just barely in front of the young fella. By now the farmer has heard the commotion.

He runs into the house, gets his shotgun and runs into the barnyard figuring a fox or something is after his chickens. When he gets there, he sees the two roosters running around the henhouse, with the old rooster still slightly in the lead.

He immediately takes his shotgun, aims, fires, and blows the young rooster away.

As he walks away slowly, he says to himself..... 'Damn, that's the third gay rooster I've bought this month.'

Of course they don't. The sentence remains true if you substitue the words "Christian", "socialist", "vegetarian", or "federalist". The fact that the subject is homosexuality is irrelevant. Pushing any ideological agenda at school is inappropriate.

This, like anything else in politics, is about City Commissioners getting re-elected and power. Sections of Fort Lauderdale, like Commissioner Tim Smith's area, is populated by gays. I voted for Tim. Never again. He has sold out for votes. There are more homosexuals here in East Fort Lauderdale than downtown SF. Straight people are the minority. This is one of the high rent districts. My immediate neighbor is a gay gentleman, who has pool parties where, we in the neighborhood are treated to homosexual sex acts being performed beind the big fence but in clear hearing distance of about 10 homes. Some of them also inhabited by Gays. Fights break out between gays who are on a jealouse snit and gays beat up on tourist gays and leave them to wander in our neighborhood, banging on resident's door at 3AM for assistance.

I live in a place that what people do in private is thier business as long as it does not harm anyone, but I have observed that gay men are all about sex, anytime, any where, with anybody doing anything and that having sex is the goal. They are bitchy and ogle my husband as he cuts the lawn. He now knows what women mean when they say a man's eyes never meet thier's, as they are stuck well below the chin.

They are personable, have good jobs, are affluent, bodybuilding, run all the time through the neighborhood trolling, or they rollerblade with thier BIG dogs looking for a roving eye. I do not have kids or I would be nuts about it!!! It is blatant!!!

We also have Lesbians in the neighborhood. They are not all about sex. They are professional and well behaved. Like gay men thier homes are well kept, but here, at least, they do not have wild sex parties and seem to live together in a more monogamous lifestyle. They do not kiss in public that I have witnessed, the men do. One can relate to them as people and professionals. Sex and inuendo are not part of thier vocabulary as it is with gay men.

I frankly, do not care why anyone is gay, I simply do not want them and thier ajenda in my face or in the schools. It is not the norm, it is abhorant. The boy scouts are right. Just look at the Catholic Church fiasco.

But, they are the voting block and there are enough leftist mush heads out there that think the gays need a level playing field and should all should be fair. The same laws and benefits available to normal folks are available to them, they do not need special laws, protections, treatment, and sympathy. They need to leave the straight population and it's children alone! Go to your rooms!!!!!!
