The court minutes from Tuesday also show that prosecutor Jeff Dusek met briefly with Judge Mudd to submit four sets of documents for review. The judge determined the defense was entitled to have two of the sets.

Private attorneys have speculated that possible motions could include a defense request to have the trial moved out of San Diego because of intense media coverage and a move by the prosecution to limit inquiries into the supposed "swinging" lifestyle of Danielle's parents, Brenda and Damon van Dam.

The girl was told she could go wake up Danielle - - but she didn't - - she went to play with the boys. She went to her room - her door was all the way open - her bed had stuff on it - her beanbag, her dog.

Note her door was all the way open. Brenda stated when she arrived home with her friends at 2:10 she went to make sure the kids doors were shut.

Ah, but did Brenda really close the door.

Wouldn't Brenda and Damon have noticed Danielle's bedroom door opened when they went by it in the morning to go downstairs?

Danielle was taken out of the home AFTER The Damon and Brenda went to sleep.

Why? Who says? The VD's?
Could Brenda have not noticed the door opened? If the door was opened, like the little girl said, why didn’t Brenda notice?

What was it really like in the morning at the VD house.

I’m with vacrn, all this squabbling has gotten ridiculous so that I’ve stayed away, but I do want to respond to this comment of Kim’s:

BUT..if you are so inclined to continue to do so that is your choice. If I were you, in your outrage, I would contact Pierce (you can do it, you're all in the same state) and start a massive drive to get people to sue the van dam's for negligence in the civil court, prove your case and get the other kids removed from their home, instead of sitting on here, yelling at Me and Val. In fact, if you all win, you can make good ol damon pay for it. Yep, that's what I would do if my passion was a strong as yours.

As usual with the qualifier that California law can be quite different, I strongly, highly doubt that Kim's proposal is the least bit feasible. We here have no standing to sue the Van Dams. Their actions have caused no injury to us, or to anyone with which we are connected. Therefore, we have no cause of action.

Been out of town, but WHO is this dentist guy and why is Feldman so interested in him. Slipped him it right in after describing the layout of the 2nd floor (and what is on the doors)...maybe a "friend" of the VD's that had an "intimate" knowledge of the home and/or Brenda AND/OR DAMON.
