Good catch. Now, somewhere, in one of the transcripts (there are several copies transcribed by different people floating around) I believe there was a name listed. Does anyone else recall the name? I remember thinking how odd it was that Brenda didn't know the name of her child's dentist.

Thanks for your input amore. We had a local case in which citizens took the family of a girl kidnapped and murdered by a pedophile with a hateful attitude to court to make sure they spent all the donations in an appropriate way. Now, once a citizen donates the money, they relinquish rights correct? So, how would they have been harmed? It appears to me that if the children are neglected and/or abused, the parents would be criminals, aka harming society. What say ye?

WRT:the squabbling, as you well know, I hated it from day one. each of us has been misunderstood or our motivations were doubted, which was either justified or not, depending on the so called recipient of the ''flames''. a lot of people stayed away because of it... I know I missed your input.

The dentist was mentioned cuz danielle had only been to the dentist once?? They used the dental records and If I recall correctly, bvd couldn't remember the dentist's name.

A: Stayed awake for a little while downstairs and then went upstairs again

Q: Where'd you go when you went upstairs

A: Got in bed and watched tv in bed for a little while

Q: Do you have a dog

A: I have a dog yes. I left that out. Actually. Do you want the whole from after putting Derrick to bed too?

Q: Did you do something with the dog after you put Derrick to bed?

A: Put Derrick to bed and went in our room and the dog had chewed up her dog bed. And I took the dog bed downstairs to the laundry room and put it into the laundry room. And let the dog out back to go to the bathroom.

Q: How did you do that?

A: Through the rear sliding glass door, opened the sliding glass door, let her out to go to the bathroom, closed the door while she was going, and stood there and watched her, then let her back in through the door.

Q: and after you did that is that when you went to watch tv?

A: Downstairs yeah. I kept the dog down there with me for a little while. I didn't watch tv too long.

Q: When you finished watching TV you went where?

A: Went back to my bedroom.

Q: And how bout the pooch, where'd the dog go?

A: The pooch came up to the bedroom with me and I closed her in with me. Whoops...almost forgot to throw in the alibi
