I see this report is from Debka. My hope is that the story proves to be true and Israel releases the document to the world press.

Thanks Debka. Don't forget Arafat's rant about "millions of martyrs, millions of martyrs...." That isn't a bad bit of a link either. As to Powell, *sigh*. Something is going on and I can't figure what. In any event, methinks the IDF is going to get a lot of intel out of these compounds--paper and 'puters. I'll bet moving vans are waiting in the wings...

Arafat could be mowing down Powell's grandmother right in front of him, in person, with his personal sidearm, and Powell would probably still be calling him "essential to the peace process" and a leader.

Powell is nothing more or less than Clinton's trojan horse. And of course, Clinton was always terrorism's trojan horse.

There's your smoking gun.... will the Osloids including Shimon Peres and Yossi Beilin now recite "Dayenu?" It should be enough for us.

This reads like a sick Mastercard commercial.

Btw, 4 NIS (new Israeli shekels) is about $1.

I knew it!

As soon as I saw the pictures of IDF soldiers going into Arafat's HQ room by room, rather than just putting a tank shell in each room to clear it, I thought there had to be a reason for that risk of harm to the soldiers. They had to be going after something that only soldiers can get.

Here it is. The first fruits of the rifling of Arafat's files. There will be more revelations to come. This document, and the information to follow, is going to be stuffed up the nose of every bureaucrat at the US State Department, every head of state in the EU, with two copies for each French diplomat and leader.

The purpose of this raid, as I surmised when I first saw the photos, was not to kill Arafat physically, but to kill him politically.

This is it. The Palestinian Authority as we know it is dead, roadkill under the treads of tanks.

Israel is going to take care of business until there is no more business to take care of. And, everyone who complains is going to get a copy of this document, suitable for framing.

This document is as critical to World War III as Chamberlain's "peace" treaty with Hilter was in World War II.

Neither he nor Bush will admit that. The Israelis will agree to bury this evidence in return for something they badly want. Perhaps the aid Bush is holding up, or the purchase of some technology or something.

Perhaps the evidence will surface again once Bush has ok'd a replacement for Arafat. If Bush intended to replace him now, he would simply have leaked the details of Arafat's murder of our ambassador. (Yes, I know it was in the press, but you didn't see any TV coverage of it, did you? Nothing is really news any more unless it is covered by the networks.)

There have been some reports circulating that Bin Laden/al-Qaeda has sent people to Pakistan and they are actually behind the suicide bombers idea.

Arafat!? A Terrorist!?

The shock about made me choke on my frog legs and escargot breakfast.

And my RINO-hide boots just developed a hole in the sole.

IDF Uncovers Document Linking Jagger Directly to Rolling Stones Concerts.

Well, the article headline seems at least that obvious to me. But I guess the sheeple will even find a reason to ignore this and continue to feel that the poor, homeless Palis are just trying to find a way to be heard.

Shalom.

Aha! So there will be a war crimes tribunal brought against him -- in the future, that is

The United States is continuing to play a cyncial and cruel game here. It did not start with Bush, but he has not distanced himself from it.

Israeli intelligence has always known that Arafat was directly linked to these acts of terror. Are we to believe that the Israelis were hesitant to share their knowlege with our government?

Our government has always known the truth about Arafat. Did it continue its posture toward him because there was no proof placed on the public record?

I am sure that the Israelis have more proof than these documents but that proof if made public would compromise their intelligence methods and sources.

Arafat is winning, not us. He is not in the box,but put us in the box as long as we are willing to put the power and prestige of our government on the line by refusing to name him a terrorist even though privately and now publicly the evidence is absolutely clear that Arafat may be the most dangerous man on earth.

Will Colin Powell now admit that Arafat is a terrorist?

I heard an analyst say on Fox New Channel this morning and I quote, "Diplomacy is the art of saying 'Nice doggie' while you are reaching for a big stick."

I would not like to be in Powell's shoes right now!

Debka people. Debka. They have a poor track record. And if the IDF did find what Debka says they did, why are the major news agencies not reporting it?

More importantly, why have we not heard direcly from Israel?

One would think they would be grandstanding this like no tomorrow.
