Just talked to Jim Bryant Chief, Division of Water and Lands at BOR and here's what he said:

Gail Norton, Ann Vennamen, and Gordon Smith will be here Friday March 29th to officially open the headgates. The press release that Jim had from DOI said that all will happen between 9:30 to 10:45 AM.

I checked the DOI website for the press release and it hasn't been posted yet. Will let you know more as I learn it.

The idiots who shut off the water should find themselves on the receiving end of a MASSIVE lawsuit, with the intention of recovering ALL of the money lost by these farmers over the last year because of this manufactured "crisis".

Amen to That! I can think of few things more appropriate than a multiple hundreds of millions dollars damage judgement against the perpetrators of this whole disgusting affair. Some family members and friends just could not understand why I got so involved and spent so much time on what they saw as a losing cause. They just got sent a copy of the good news!
