All,
Just talked to Jim Bryant Chief, Division of Water and Lands at BOR and here's what he said:
Gail Norton, Ann Vennamen, and Gordon Smith will be here Friday March 29th to officially open the headgates. The press release that Jim had from DOI said that all will happen between 9:30 to 10:45 AM.
I checked the DOI website for the press release and it hasn't been posted yet. Will let you know more as I learn it.

The idiots who shut off the water should find themselves on the receiving end of a MASSIVE lawsuit, with the intention of recovering ALL of the money lost by these farmers over the last year because of this manufactured "crisis".Amen to That! I can think of few things more appropriate than a multiple hundreds of millions dollars damage judgement against the perpetrators of this whole disgusting affair. I hope the attorneys that go after these guys also name the various corrupt bureaucrats and enviro-nazis PERSONALLY with an eye towards bankrupting those individuals.

I know the wacko's, like rust, never sleep. But this may be the turn around we have so desperately needed. We may be on the edge of having the pendulum start to swing back the right direction. Toast to this, and enjoy the small victory....could be the start of a long road of the first of many! So a toast to you my cautious friend!

"It means that you made enough noise to get them to go back to the drawing board to come back later or put the screws to somebody else." It's not over.
I concurr.
The moment that I read this, the first thing that came to mind was that they were hoping to put us to sleep so they could sneak the next phase in.

The moment that I read this, the first thing that came to mind was that they were hoping to put us to sleep so they could sneak the next phase in.It's already happening. They've already put the Shasta/Scott River vallies on notice that they're next. The good news is that it is a far more united community than was Klamath. The bad news is that they are smaller.

Those sucker fish may need a MaeWest on Friday if they are down stream!

See what you started last May, you mean old trouble maker!
We know that they are working 24/7 to try another place to terrorize with their economic terrorism, but as reasonable adults, we will take this victory.
Our cultural war is never over with the dark siders, but we can taste and savor this victory!
To: okimhere
Truly exciting news! Thanks to all who did whatever they could!
To: Issaquahking
Since I lost my job, I won't have the money to go but I will pass on the info to people who were at the bucket brigade.

Hey, where are your Easter Bunnies to celebrate this Easter victory in this battle? Great News!
To: Issaquahking
Great news! Congratulations. Right wins again!

They've already put the Shasta/Scott River vallies on notice that they're next. More vocal Grange members there. Some of them were my biggest supporters. Very into fighting the Government.

This is wonderful! Proves that the system does work. Will GW get cudos for this or does Campaign Finance rule?

Thanks for the kind words, I'm just one of the electronic bucket brigade members on Free Republic.
Some family members and friends just could not understand why I got so involved and spent so much time on what they saw as a losing cause. They just got sent a copy of the good news!
Next we have the area just south of you in Kali land as the next target of the enviral nazis from hell or Ashland, Oregon. Marsh 2 will have to keep us informed so we can help there!

Hey, how about some of your great graphics that kept us motivated during the dark days of this battle!
