All,

Just talked to Jim Bryant Chief, Division of Water and Lands at BOR and here's what he said:

Gail Norton, Ann Vennamen, and Gordon Smith will be here Friday March 29th to officially open the headgates. The press release that Jim had from DOI said that all will happen between 9:30 to 10:45 AM.

I checked the DOI website for the press release and it hasn't been posted yet. Will let you know more as I learn it.

Klamath Bump!

Stop Rural Cleansing!

It's hard to believe that the farmers might win, but I'm willing to hope.

It's well worth noting that they could simply have left the job to some maintenance guy. This ceremony -- and especially Gail Norton's presence -- is meant to send a message.

If this is true, wonderful. However, this is not the time to lie back and wait for the next assault. The idiots who shut off the water should find themselves on the receiving end of a MASSIVE lawsuit, with the intention of recovering ALL of the money lost by these farmers over the last year because of this manufactured "crisis". The farmers need to pool their resources and hire the very best lawyers they can get their hands on, and sue the pants off of everyone involved with shutting off the water in the first place.

Never forget, the very best defense is a good offense. If these enviro-nuts are spending all of their time in court hiring lawyers and going to depositions, they won't have the time or the resources to come up with their next plan for a land-grab. Keep them on the defensive and you won't have to worry so much about their next offensive.

Great News! Fitting that it comes on Good Friday as an Easter Present for the farmers and ranchers in the Klamath Basin.

For once the Green Enviral Nazis got stopped, and their economic terrorism/rural cleansing was stopped and reversed!

Thanks to AuntB for alerting us and to Jeff Head and the others who started that first trickle of reversal on the 4th of July weekendk, last year.

Thanks to all who went and all who worked on FR to repeal this anti human Green Enviralist Terrorism on the farmers and ranchers in the Klamath Basin!

Thanks for the fireworks.

I will all ways feel that if not for the Freepers who got involved last year. There would be no farmers/ranchers and those who worked on those farms and ranches in the Klamath Basin this year.

I'm a hydrologist by profession, and I know if I was there I would have tears knowing that the lifeblood of those living in the area was flowing again. Congratulations to all those who worked so hard this past year.
