If this is true, wonderful. However, this is not the time to lie back and wait for the next assault. The idiots who shut off the water should find themselves on the receiving end of a MASSIVE lawsuit, with the intention of recovering ALL of the money lost by these farmers over the last year because of this manufactured "crisis". The farmers need to pool their resources and hire the very best lawyers they can get their hands on, and sue the pants off of everyone involved with shutting off the water in the first place.

Never forget, the very best defense is a good offense. If these enviro-nuts are spending all of their time in court hiring lawyers and going to depositions, they won't have the time or the resources to come up with their next plan for a land-grab. Keep them on the defensive and you won't have to worry so much about their next offensive.

Absolutely!

Every enviral nazi who was involved in this economic terrorism via bad data should be sued in civil courts. Then sue their board members in civil court for allowing this to happen. Then, sue big contributors who donate money to conduct rural cleansing terrorism. A couple of successful suits will force insurance companies to drop their umbrella coverage of the directors, board members and officers of these enviralist green nazis. Without insurance and some big losses in civil court, the financial backing will dwindle to nothing.

Then sue every federal liar/clown in civil court. Don't sue the government! Sue the liars/clowns! Hammer these bastards so that they will be on welfare eating beans for the rest of their lives.

I agree, a lawsuit is in order. I would suggest that the farmers look into hiring the same law firm that won the spotted owl suit in California. We should start a fundraising drive to contribute, as soon as they have a legal team in place.

Amen to That! I can think of few things more appropriate than a multiple hundreds of millions dollars damage judgement against the perpetrators of this whole disgusting affair. I hope the attorneys that go after these guys also name the various corrupt bureaucrats and enviro-nazis PERSONALLY with an eye towards bankrupting those individuals.

You think just like I do. Get 'em while they're down, it's easier and cheaper.

You have no idea how offensive is the strategy we have available: full privatization of all environmental management. Take it back, piece by piece.

The lawsuit idea is a good one. I'd contribute if it happens.
