... ``The Fighting Whities.'' They printed up jerseys saying ``Every thang's going to be all white,'' with a caricature of a middle-aged white man ...
Is this supposed to offend me? to teach me a moral object lesson? All it does is make me laugh hysterically.

Might as well buy a shirt ---it doesn't sound like this politically correct group can figure out much but to help the whites. If this mascot had been thought up by a white group, it would have been banned.

Either way, I am sure these racial activists will be happy to take $$ for the shirts.

I'm sure some enterprising person will produce a batch of bootleg shirts. Since the graphic is all over the net, you could make iron-on transfers with special paper on an ink-jet printer

I'm white and it's alright. The shirt's a good joke on them and I would like one of my own.

Some radio DJ's in Denver are on a campaign to have the school change their mascot name to:

The Beavers!

It's getting funny. They want to see the new cheerleader uniforms.

Whitie, cracker, honky BUMP!

I'll add "paleface" and "gringo" to that bump.

Is that the real t-shirt image or is it one you made up? This "craze" will be short lived if that is the T-shirt.

I wish I had one of those t-shirts to wear while participating the Confederate Battle Flag/Southern Heritage event today.

Man, talk about getting something started. No one could justifiably say anything about the shirts, since they were printed and sold by another minority.

OTOH, nobody ever accused the NAALCP of embracing concepts such as logic, fairness, or balance ... or equality.

I just ain't no aboriginal Murrican.

Actually, there are no aboriginal Americans, only "I got here before or after you did" Americans. This is something American Indians don't like to admit. Many groups do all they can to suppress any acknowledgement that their ancestors came over from Asia or elsewhere because their scheme for being special requires them to have been here from the creation of the world (ab-origin).

``Some people online were saying that the mascot should be ... a fat guy with buckteeth kissing his sister,'' said Tom Crebbs of Oakland, Calif."

But that's not a Whitie...that's a REDneck!

BWAAAAAAAAAAH!

Finally, my own team. I'm truly honored and want to thank my father, my mother, and all those who have stood by me to this point in my life.

(I'll take the Whities AND the points for a hundred.)

I heard a radio interview yesterday with someone representing "The University". I didn't get in at the beginning so I don't know the person's title or position. Every sentence this person uttered contained several "you know" statements. I think that "The University" should be more concerned with education than mascot colors.

"What these wonderful folks have done is point out the truth! There never was any injustice in these mascot names!"

Like mascots were chosen as something to be ashamed of! Schools and teams choose mascots they can respect, admire, emulate. No insult or pejorative was ever intended - duh. More than 80% of Native Americans understand this and see no insult in traditional mascots. Just another hysterical lib non-issue.

There was an interesting program, I think it was Discovery Network, which proposed that the current Native Americans were not the first homo-sapiens to arrive in this hemisphere. Some archeologists have uncovered evidence that there were groups which preceded them (I think from Polynesia), and which were gradually slaughtered by the newer (i.e., our current) "Native Americans." Remnants of this original group fled farther and farther south, and the scientists found their genetic descendants down in Tierra del Fuego.

If true, this puts a damper on the Politically Correct depiction of the kind, peace-loving, gentle Native American tribes being wiped out by the EVIL Europeans.
