Just a few minutes ago, at 1:45pm CST, I got through on the JW Sat. Radio program and asked this key question:
"Is Judicial Watch going to refile the all-important Loral Shareholders case?"
(here is the reply from Larry Klayman himself:
"The Loral case has been refiled in Judge Lamberth's court and even though this case is moving along slowly, it is has been refiled."
(I didn't tape my question or Mr Klayman's reply, but above is basically what was stated)

"......the recently released Cox Report has revealed a wealth of information on how the Clinton Administration has undermined national security to simultaneously pursue its misguided foreign policies and self-serving domestic political agendas.
On the one hand, there is the mind-boggling story of how the Clinton Administration deliberately changed almost 50 years of bipartisan security policies--
relaxing export restrictions, signing waivers to allow technology transfers, ignoring China's violation of arms control agreements and its theft of our nuclear secrets, opening up even more nuclear and high technology floodgates to China and others
thus harming U.S. national security. On the other hand,
there is the continuing coverupthe effort to hide from Congress and the American people
the true damage that has been done to national security and
the Clinton administration's central role in allowing so much of it to happen on their watch." Senator James Inhofe

Any word on if he is going to refile the lawsuit against his mother? It's time for a victory! Send checks, money orders to Judicial Watch today, and let Mrs. Klayman get what she deserves!
Come to think of it, we should all file a suit against Klayman's mother for spawning him.

At the end of the day (gag), nothing will come of this, as is the case with most of Larry Klayman's filings. Yawn....
To: ChaseR
This is a serious question, not a flame. But has Klayman actually ever won a case? Actually, has he ever argued a case beyond the initial filings?

Great news, ChaseR.

Funny how that works, eh?

"Any word on if he is going to refile the lawsuit against his mother?" Apparently you haven't been - diligently reading FR. As stated many times before, in many threads here, Mr Klayman had to sue his mother in order to keep her from being taken to the cleaners by individuals who where trying to take advantage of Larry's mother. Simple as that dogbyte...where have you been all this time?

Funny that FOX news has banned Larry Klayman, not CNN. Klayman never wins, whines about not getting publicity, thinks filing a lawsuit constitutes a legal victory, and we who think he is a pathetic carnival act are L-Dot refugees because of that?
I have never registered on L-Dot, but I have registered the fact that Larry Klayman is a legal disaster. Would you hire Larry Klayman if your life was on the line?

Ol' Larrry doesn't sound 1/10 as excited as you do. (Of course, he knows he's an empty suit. All he wants is to keep those donations coming in.) So, what's the big deal?

Superb work Larry Klayman. All Americans look forward to this case - finally coming to trail!

Whadda know...
Be amazed if anything comes of this but Schwartz is buried under a pile of lawsuits and maybe he'll just fold. His stock is trading at a buck and a quarter (down from a high of over $25). Bernie's brainstorm, Globalstar, which was going to make LOR shareholders rich isn't doing so well either:
Thursday November 15 Globalstar Likely to File for Bankruptcy
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Globalstar Telecommunications Ltd. (Nasdaq:GSTRF - news) will likely seek protection under bankruptcy laws without a deal with its primary creditors on a financial restructuring plan, the company said in a regulatory filing on Thursday.
The troubled mobile satellite telephone company said earlier this week it was finalizing a voluntary bankruptcy and cutting about 29 percent of its work force. Its shares have been halted on Nasdaq since Tuesday at 65 cents.
Two years ago, Globalstar was trading at over $56 a share.
His stockholders being wiped out and one of his companies going bankrupt has not, however, stopped Mr Schwartz's charity work. From FEC records for the 2002 election cycle:
