Apparently you haven't been - diligently reading FR. As stated many times before, in many threads here, Mr Klayman had to sue his mother in order to keep her from being taken to the cleaners by individuals who where trying to take advantage of Larry's mother. Simple as that dogbyte...where have you been all this time?

Good work, and thanks for the update.
One thing - - do yourself a favor and don't bother with the creeps and windbags who show up just to be negative and cynical.

Larry has brought to the surface a wealth of information about the scumbag administration that never would have seen the light of day if not for his tenacity (and "filings"). Final court victories (usually "settlements") can actually be counterproductive compared to lengthy legal battles filled with depositions and testimony and leaks, etc.
Go, Larry, go!
