If so, can Klayman do anything about CRIMINAL violations?
If not, who now has responsibility for investigating and prosecuting criminal matters of the sort uncovered?
If the answer is Ashcroft, then do provide us with ANY indication that he is or has been investigating?
If not, then why aren't you critical of Ashcroft ... and Bush, his boss?

And even if the politicians try to step in and dim the lights, the SEC will not have a choice but to pursue once Wall Street sees the light. ( I spent years investing a Billion dollar trust fund and know the investment community quite well---zero tolerance for what they are about to learn.)

It is possible that our conservative republicans in office, (Bush and AG Ashcroft) KNOW/have found out - that the bastard Clinton cronies destroyed so much Chinagate evidence before they got their faces out of the White House - that now there is no possibility of a trail...lack of evidence. This is way the Loral case is so important ie. the evidence is still there/the evidence is damning/the evidence is set in stone.
