Chase: Name me a case Klayman has won. Just one. I got really ticked off at him this fall when he tried to get involved in the Chandra Levy case and started doing the multiple press release thing as is his usual strategy.

Klayman is a loser. Period. He never wins these cases. It is better to meet your enemy with a loaded gun than with a broken pea shooter. Klayman keeps firing his peas, asking for more money, and he becomes more and more of a laughingstock.

So tell me ChaseR, why has Fox banned Larry. Is it because they are part of the left wing conspiracy?

Here is an idea. Perhaps they want to be taken seriously as a conservative, yet balanced news operation and Klayman leaves such a stink of fringy shucksteristic lunacy that they don't want to tarnish themselves.

"I take it the family's all gone home, it's raining outside and nothing good is on TV, right?"

Well Mr. Lucky, mull over the following and you'll see why we all have plenty to think about...rain or shine.

CHINESE TRADE FOR CORPORATE CASH

"Despite such discoveries-that China was threatening our national security-the Clinton-Gore administration's business-as-usual approach never abated. On March 16, 2000, the U.S. ambassador to China, Joseph Prueher, held a dinner meeting at his official residence in Beijing. Seated with Prueher were seventeen American and Chinese officials and representatives of three U.S. satellite makers, including William Wright, a former Pentagon official who now works for Space Systems/Loral, a company whose chairman was the largest contributor to Bill Clinton's 1996 reelection campaign. At the time of the meeting, Loral and a second company, Hughes Electronics, were under federal investigation on charges of illegally passing technology to China that increased the reliability of China's strategic nuclear missiles.

In 1997 the Justice Department launched an investigation into how Loral and Hughes Electronics provided China with extremely valuable technology to keep China's Long March rocket booters from blowing up. More reliable boosters meant fewer launch failures and lower insurance rates for Loral and Hughes satellites.
But the improvement did not help U.S. national security. In fact, by speeding up the modernization of China's strategic nuclear forces, it severely threatened the United States. For the Clinton-Gore administration, the fact that American cities had become easier targets for Chinese nuclear strikes was secondary to helping American corporations do business. The Loral/Hughes technology transfer violated U.S. export laws because it was sensitive "dual-use" technology."

"But has Klayman actually ever won a case?"

As we all know, Janet Reno was the thorn in the side of Judicial Watch. Reno was able to stop all JW cases via her ongoing ability to run interference for the Clinton cronies. Now that President Bush is in office and with Ashcroft as AG, let's be patient and see what transpires.

Both of you, along with all other Klayman bashers, should look in a mirror and ask yourselves...who else is so patriotically pursuing the Clinton/Loral Chinagate case???
(or do you two folks even care about seeing justice in the Clinton/Gore/McAuliffe Chinagate case???)

ChaseR,
Good work, and thanks for the update.
One thing - - do yourself a favor and don't bother with the creeps and windbags who show up just to be negative and cynical.

Larry has brought to the surface a wealth of information about the scumbag administration that never would have seen the light of day if not for his tenacity (and "filings"). Final court victories (usually "settlements") can actually be counterproductive compared to lengthy legal battles filled with depositions and testimony and leaks, etc.
Go, Larry, go!

Regards,
LH

You just refuse to see the issue, don't you?--you and your misspent enthusiasm. It's not Clinton getting justice. The issue is that Larry loves 1) attention and 2) for other people to send him money so that he doesn't have to get a REAL job. Larry got put in his place by Judge Sanders Saul in Florida. Intelligent people see him for what he is.

"Funny that FOX news has banned Larry Klayman..."

Yea-yea, DB12; funnier yet FOX News hired Geraldo Rivera, eh?
Wanna try again? {g}

Look; IF you have suspicions concerning LK & his JW organizations?
Why not simply so-state your case & leave it at that in lieu of attacking those of us who'd support this man & the *cause*?
Most of us are well aware LK hasn't racked-up the kind of victories we'd all have liked to see.
On the other hand, LK's battling an incredible degree of corruption few others have had any success fighting, too.
Corruption so rampant some have even said ii's unprecidented.
Then again, who has had success against the lousy corrupt pols of the past eight years?
Victories have been far & few in between fo all who tried.

Those of us who're supporting this man in his endevours?
Well frankly, that's our business & really my friend; is no skin off your nose. Right?

Try not to make your skepticism of JW so damned personal & I'll always listen to your POV with an open mind; not nearly with the suspicion(s) caused otherwise.
Realize we JW backers have made a free choice to lend our support to this man & ask nothing of you.
If you're not willing to be a part of LK's efforts?
We would never even consider asking you to listen to what JW has to say any more than we would tolerate an attack upon us for our beliefs in what JW has to say.

As for Ldot?
Your & the others sign-on dates correlate right around the time of the last of the Battle Axe's Cultural Purges.
Well hell's bells; the timing does seem to be *somewhat* coincidental, eh?

Chill; you & I will probably fight together on a different issue.
Until then, don't blame those of us who get a little excited when we hear the only person who *appears* to be taking a stand against the crime & corruption is going to again be doing something, anything; in light of millions who're doing nothing, a'tall.

Dogbyte12?
*If* it's an illusion I'm dealing with?
It's my illusion. OK?

Hope you had a wonderful TGing.

You know, there used to be a time when I thought that Larry Klayman might actually accomplish something useful; however, the more that time drags on, the more I've realized what a shameless opportunist, self-aggrandizer, and promoter he is. That is my personal opinion. I'm sure that others on this thread will differ. But the fact of the matter is that we have seen very little of substance come from his organization's activities. I can't fathom what else they accomplish beyond raising funds and sustaining themselves.

I think the difference between us so-called 'Klayman bashers' and you is that we've swallowed a healthy dose of reality and understand that Clinton, Bernie Schwarz, and Loral will never be brought to justice. Some people (yourself included) refuse to accept this reality. But it was cut in stone from the moment that Clinton was elected President: He got a free 'Get out of Jail' card. It's sad, it's pathetic, it's disgraceful, and it's treasonous ... but it is reality. Klayman will not change that and his continued involvement does little other than stir the legal pot and keep lawyers rolling in billable hours. If you really want to make a difference, work on behalf of the political opponents of these viperous Democratic scumbags. Otherwise, your loyalty is misplaced and (worse) misguided.

As we all know, Janet Reno was the thorn in the side of Judicial Watch. Reno was able to stop all JW cases via her ongoing ability to run interference for the Clinton cronies. Now that President Bush is in office and with Ashcroft as AG, let's be patient and see what transpires.

Unfortunately, now that Ashcroft is AG, HE is blocking JW from deposing Reno in re: the Wen Ho Lee case! One would think that an allegedly conservative AG would let JW (or anyone else, for that matter) go after Reno for her "improprieties." All I can think of is that Ashcroft is thinking his heinie may be in the fan someday and that he doesn't want to set any precedents for AGs (including himself) being deposed.

I wonder if Ashcroft will run interference for Reno, again, when JW tries to depose her on behalf of the neighbors in Little Havana in re: the Elian Gonzalez matter. IMHO, Ashcroft will oppose it. If Ashcroft does, however, his true colors will be forever exposed. Unfortunately, it will be too late to try and get rid of him. Hmmm, wonder if Bush will run interference for Ashcroft the way Clinton ran interference for Reno? (Pesky question, but someone had to ask it.)

In all fairness to JW, it wouldn't make any difference if another organization brought suit against Reno & henchmen on the exact same charges as JW, it would still be stonewalled by Ashcroft/DOJ. Can you say, "Deja vu, all over again?" ;^)

"The Loral case has been refiled in Judge Lamberth's court "

What does Klayman mean by "The" Loral case?

As I recall, Judge Lambarth dismissed "The" Loral case with prejudice (meaning it could not be refiled) and Klayman did not appeal the decision.

Is Klayman just talking about some motion he filed challanging the amount of unpaid court reporter's fees?

Has JW posted a copy of the petition on its website or put out a press release stating exactly what was filed?

Somthing ain't right Chase. You might want to wait to see the petition before you send Klayman any more money.
