"......the recently released Cox Report has revealed a wealth of information on how the Clinton Administration has undermined national security to simultaneously pursue its misguided foreign policies and self-serving domestic political agendas.
On the one hand, there is the mind-boggling story of how the Clinton Administration deliberately changed almost 50 years of bipartisan security policies--relaxing export restrictions, signing waivers to allow technology transfers, ignoring China's violation of arms control agreements and its theft of our nuclear secrets, opening up even more nuclear and high technology floodgates to China and others–thus harming U.S. national security.
On the other hand, there is the continuing coverup–the effort to hide from Congress and the American people the true damage that has been done to national security and the Clinton administration's central role in allowing so much of it to happen on their watch." Senator James Inhofe

Any word on if he is going to refile the lawsuit against his mother? It's time for a victory! Send checks, money orders to Judicial Watch today, and let Mrs. Klayman get what she deserves!

Come to think of it, we should all file a suit against Klayman's mother for spawning him.

At the end of the day (gag), nothing will come of this, as is the case with most of Larry Klayman's filings. Yawn....

This is a serious question, not a flame. But has Klayman actually ever won a case? Actually, has he ever argued a case beyond the initial filings?

You know, there used to be a time when I thought that Larry Klayman might actually accomplish something useful; however, the more that time drags on, the more I've realized what a shameless opportunist, self-aggrandizer, and promoter he is. That is my personal opinion. I'm sure that others on this thread will differ. But the fact of the matter is that we have seen very little of substance come from his organization's activities. I can't fathom what else they accomplish beyond raising funds and sustaining themselves.

"The Loral case has been refiled in Judge Lamberth's court "

What does Klayman mean by "The" Loral case?

As I recall, Judge Lambarth dismissed "The" Loral case with prejudice (meaning it could not be refiled) and Klayman did not appeal the decision.

Is Klayman just talking about some motion he filed challanging the amount of unpaid court reporter's fees?

Has JW posted a copy of the petition on its website or put out a press release stating exactly what was filed?

Somthing ain't right Chase. You might want to wait to see the petition before you send Klayman any more money.

Just a few minutes ago, at 1:45pm CST, I got through on the JW Sat. Radio program and asked this key question:

You must have a good redial. There must be a huge line of callers to that show.

Don't vexatious litigants have to post a bond before filing, much less refiling? How much was it?

Loral was instrumental in obtaining technology transfer waivers from President (executive orders for cash) Clinton in violation of US State Department, Pentagon, and NSA policy, as well as the advice of the DOJ and his own then Attorney General, Janet (the butcher of Waco) Reno. Loral's transfer of sensitive and advanced ballistic missile guidance systems electronics, software, and encryption algorithms has allowed The People's (Communist) Republic of China to construct both the launch platforms and guidance systems to make MIRV nuclear warhead strikes on intercontinental targets in the US possible. This cannot be other than treason by any meaningful definition of the word, and those responsible up to and including the ex-President, should be prosecuted to the fullest extent that the law will allow. The penalty for treason is death and should be imposed for all guilty parties without hesitation or reference to the inappropriate life sentences given recently to others convicted of treasonous acts.
