So lets give them the deluxe treatment and divide up the remains and do it all.

Thank you for the historic suggestion. My personal opinion was to bury at sea with no ceremony. I think any attempt to desicrate would just reflect badly upon "civilization." The approach history suggests appears reasonable and does not reflect badly upon us.
