Secret Post-2026 DSA Plan Was Built to Trigger a Constitutional Crisis [Data Republican] [Watch]
X ^ | 10/19/2026 | DataRepublican

The past few days, I got my hands on thousands of new transcripts and hundreds of recordings, thanks to leads from @SKDoubleDub33 and @iamlisalogan .

You've heard that the DSA is proposing structural reforms to America, including abolishing the Senate and imposing term limits.

What you not have heard is - there is an operational plan to put it all into action. If the Democratic Party sweeps 2026, then DSA will become "foot soldiers" in constant clashes with the administration to cross a "red line" or invoke a "doomsday scenario" - meaning, President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, probably sometime in 2027.

Then, a lot of coordinated responses kick off, including delegitimizing the federal government itself and handing that legitimacy to Democratic governors. 2028 then becomes a vote on whether to keep America governance as-is or to burn it all down to appease a "young and brown" demographic.

The mysterious group who's been coordinating 50501, Indivisible, and coordinating the NoKings protests is called "United Democracy Alliance" and their intellectual leader is Erica Chenoweth who came up with the 3.5% rule of nonviolent regime change.

Patience. I know I've hyped this more than anything else. It's genuinely the biggest discovery I've had. This is an enormous archive. This is only the beginning.— DataRepublican (small r) (@DataRepublican) October 18, 2026

I can see myself getting involved in actions against the government. It won’t be as a supporter of the DSA, though.

That is the CCCP. Obama deliberately seized automakers who refused to conform to 54.5 MPG. This is a repeat. Democrats plan to create a totalitarian government run by their cities and eliminate representation by those who do not support their ideology.

This will create the dictatorship without a military and with churches shut down. They are wanting Iran and China to take over the world.

Thanks.

I’ve not made a thread in a long time, as I only use an iPad and 1 finger.

DataRepublican is solid. The ability to correlate and analyze 1000s of documents quickly is AI,SI’s strength.

DataRepublican (small r)(@DataRepublican) has been a very reliable source in the past on “X” and at the cutting edge of data analysis of the Deep State. She is deaf and mute but a whiz at computer systems and analysis.

The whole point is a coup so the Democrat Governors create a new nation without opposition speech. Then they impose the DSA agenda lock, stock, and barrel.

So, these seditionists, "United Democracy Alliance" are the same people behind the execrable "Indivisible" and "No Kings" scumbags. I ran into both of these groups at the 250th Anniversary of the April 19th, 1775 encounter with the British at the Old North Bridge in Concord, MA:

LINK TO FREE REPUBLIC THREAD: Encounter with Leftists at The 250 Year Anniversary of April 19, 1775 in Concord at The Old North Bridge (VANITY)

One might think: "How does that image above the link represent the 250th Anniversary at the Old North Bridge in Concord?"

That is a valid question. One would think reasonably, that a representative image of that event would look more like this:

But it wasn't.

The representative image of the day was the mouth of that jackass getting that close to my phone as she tried to grab it out of my hand because she didn't want me recording her and her troop of fellow idiot travelers being interviewed by a reporter. Yes, she did get that close as she grabbed my camera.

I have to live with these ignorant pieces of crap. I have to see their lawn signs every day. I went there to that even to see a re-enactment of an important American event, and had to be subjected to these jackasses.

I describe it in detail at the link. As far as I am concerned, these organizations are not deserving of 1st Amendment rights and should be designated as insurrectionist terrorist organizations and treated as such.

And I say that because as DataRepublican's videos indicate, this is where it is heading. They are plotting to overthrow this government.

Somebody didn't get the memo(s) lofl.

"The fourth round of coast-to-coast “No Kings” protests were relatively limp and failed to attract anywhere near the number of rabid anti-MAGA demonstrators as prior events, according to a slew of reports on Sunday.

Take Chicago, for example. The Chicago Tribune reported it was a “muted Saturday” where no “central rally” was held.

“And at the ones that did take place, fewer people attended,” the report said, before noting, “At the rally in Evanston, a few hundred people showed up, compared with the few thousand who attended the event there in March.”

It was a similar story in Reno, Nevada. At the October 2025 rally, between 18,000-21,000 people were estimated to have shown up; on Saturday, organizers said 2,700 people attended.

The rallies in New York City don’t look like they came anywhere close to past events, either. Most reports give a vague “thousands of people” estimate for the latest NYC rallies, which would fall well short of the rally last October..."

Patriots would pass HB AR15.

I came to realize about 5 years ago I would probably have to raise arms against other who are technically Americans……..tho they have little in common with American heritage.

I don’t like it and seemed unthinkable prior to that, but the mass hysteria and disinformation around Covid and people’s deep seated desire for a few in government to protect them, concerned me more than the virus.

Yes.

See my point in the post above. At what point in the process of sedition does it cross the line from planning to execution, and why should that even matter if this is what they plan to do?

Actual planning and laying the groundwork of physical sedition does not have the protections of the 1st Amendment, according to Grok, which aligns with my knowledge of it:

QUESTION: Is plotting sedition still sedition?

ANSWER: **Yes.** Under U.S. federal law, plotting (i.e., conspiring) to commit what the statute defines as seditious acts *is* the crime of seditious conspiracy.

The main statute is **18 U.S.C. § 2384** (Seditious conspiracy). It makes it a crime when two or more people in any place under U.S. jurisdiction:

- Conspire to overthrow, put down, or destroy the U.S. government **by force**;
- Levy war against it;
- Oppose its authority **by force**;
- Prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any U.S. law **by force**; or
- Seize, take, or possess any U.S. property **by force** contrary to its authority.

A conviction carries a fine and/or up to 20 years in prison.
### Key points
- **The agreement itself is the crime.** Prosecutors do not need to prove the plot succeeded or that anyone actually used force. Evidence of concrete planning (weapons stockpiling, operational details, coordinated steps, etc.) is typically what distinguishes a prosecutable conspiracy from protected speech.

- **Force is required.** Pure advocacy, abstract calls for revolution, harsh criticism of the government, or political organizing without an agreement to use force do not qualify. The First Amendment (via *Brandenburg v. Ohio*, 1969) protects speech that advocates force or lawbreaking unless it is directed at producing *imminent* lawless action *and* is likely to produce it.

- There is no standalone federal crime simply labeled “sedition” in the old common-law sense (seditious words or libel). What remains is the conspiracy offense focused on agreements to use force.

This is U.S.-specific. Other countries have different definitions and histories of sedition laws (some of which have been narrowed or repealed). Laws can change, and application depends on facts and jurisdiction—this is a summary of the current federal statute, not legal advice.

Of course, these traitorous a-holes have gone over this with a fine-toothed comb and feel one of three things (or maybe all three simultaneously) particularly regarding the bolded, red font portion above:

They will go as close as they can to that "...unless it is directed at producing *imminent* lawless action *and* is likely to produce it..." part as they can while innocently claiming they are only talking, not planning, they want the Federal Government to actually come after them to produce a bigger groundswell movement (the equivalent of a Leftist "extinction burst" event) or, they simply think the Federal Government won't come after them.

I think it is a combination of provoking a reaction, and at the same time, thinking the government won't do anything about it.
