A Secret Service agent suspected of leaking details about Vice President JD Vance’s travel has been placed on administrative leave pending an internal investigation.
The unidentified agent is believed to have been a source for an MS Now story published last week that claimed Vance’s protective detail was frustrated with the second family’s habit of making last-minute travel arrangements and special requests.
“A member of the Vice Presidential Protective Division is the subject of an administrative investigation, and potential criminal inquiry, involving allegations of compromising operational and information security,” a Secret Service spokesperson told The Post Thiursday.

Tomas Escotto, a Secret Service agent, has been put on leave after being accused of leaking information pertaining to Vice President JD Vance’s security detail.
In a video published on Tuesday by the O’Keefe Media Group, Escotto is seen telling a woman sensitive information about Vance’s security measures and travel plans. The outlet run by the conservative activist James O’Keefe confirmed the agent’s identity.
“Nice job with that leak! Here’s a paid vacation for you.”
James O’Keefe strikes again.
Between James and Nick Shirley these two have had a profound impact on actual investigative journalism.

The two reporters who ran the story that generated the investigation, Carol Leonnig and Vaughn Hillyard, have a history of leaking sensitive information in their efforts to run hit pieces against US intelligence agencies and Republican administrations. In addition to publishing multiple books attacking Trump, Leonnig published a book on Secret Service failures in 2021 and has been cultivating contacts inside the Secret Service for years. Her activity and contacts need to be closely scrutinized. Hillyard was part of Alvin Bragg’s operation against Trump when he was at NBC.

This leak reminds one of the photo of the female agent who was actually using Trump to shield her during the assassination attempt.
Why is it that I never hear of Secret Service leaks about Democrat presidents? Nothing about how they had to protect Hunter Biden’s reputation, or what happened to that chef who drowned at Obama’s place? And wasn’t Michelle Obama taking all kinds of vacations? What were her idiosyncrasies? Their lips are sealed about Democrats.

Iran has fatwas out all over the place on Trump and Vance. These guys and their families cannot travel outside a closely guarded protective shell. Sounds like the Secret Service guy whining about transporting the kid does not want to do his job. He must be a holdover from the Biden administration.
Back in January, The Gateway Pundit revealed that The O’Keefe Media Group released video of a Secret Service agent assigned to Vance leaking sensitive information to an undercover reporter.
The agent at the center of O’Keefe’s sting, Tomas Escotto, is a Joe Biden holdover and has only been a US citizen since 2018.

A couple decades ago I was a maintenance man at the FAA building at an airport. Around this time Bush disappeared off the radar for a few days or so. It wasnt a holiday nor was there any natural disasters that happened recently.
One day on the floor of the FAA building i spotted a sheet of paper. I didnt know if i was to throw it out or if it was an important piece of paper. So, i looked at it. It was labeled top secret and it was a list of the movements of Air Force 1, past, present, and future. The destinations and the dates and times. I think it was a good thing I had a security clearance.
Everyone at the time all over the internet, including on this site, were all going, “where’s bush? Where’s bush?”. Yet I, a lowly maintenance man, knew where he was and where he was going. Yeah, I kept my mouth shut. I didnt want to go to jail.
