Less than 24 hours after a triple homicide at a St. Paul apartment complex, prosecutors have charged a tenant with murder.
Deputies arrested 30-year-old Tsegaab Binessu in the Iron Range Monday night. He was formally charged Tuesday afternoon with the murders of 25-year-old Nansi Fuentes Zambrano, 56-year-old Dena Silcox and 43-year-old Adam Wilwerding.
St. Paul police found those three dead from multiple gunshot wounds at around 4:10 p.m. Monday. Authorities say several people called 911, reportedly hearing screams and gunshots at an apartment complex near the intersection of St. Paul Avenue and West Seventh Street in the city’s Highland Park neighborhood.
Binessu now faces up to 40 years in prison for each murder. He’s due in court for the first time on Wednesday.

Trial hasn't been held but he can feel fortunate to face a potential 120 years in prison. It could have been life.

Apartment staff later told police that Binessu had called earlier to cancel that parking contract, but they told him he couldn’t get out of paying it after recently renewing it, the complaint states. Binessu replied that he was going to come to the office to talk about it in person.

Its not. He fled St. Paul and drove a couple hundred miles north to the place in Minnesota where iron ore has been mined.

The Iron Range is in northern Minnesota, near the Canadian border. I unspectacular he was going to flee there and live like a king on Canadians’ money.
I was once in a club in Boston . My wife and daughter were with me earlier but had returned to the hotel . We were visiting from Japan and a buddy was on drums .I ordered a beer and sat down at an empty table with one chair . No sooner did I sit down than a black dude walks over and says I am in his seat . Felt like a wimp at the time , but let him have it . He sat there for like 5 minutes and then walked away . Rather than get into a dispute I decided it’d be best . You could get murdered later out on the street .
