A federal judge in New Hampshire on Thursday ruled the state’s 2024 law requiring first-time voters in the state to provide proof of U.S. citizenship when registering to vote is unconstitutional.
The ruling by U.S. District Court Judge Samantha Elliott on HB 1569 is being viewed as a strong rebuke of the Republican-backed policy, considered by voting rights advocates to be one of the nation’s most restrictive laws regarding U.S. citizenship and the right to vote.
“New Hampshire’s interest in election integrity cannot justify the burden on New Hampshire voters based on the evidence in this case,” said Elliott in her 98-page ruling, released late Thursday...

“ of course it will be ... after the election. They play this game every election. Laws are passed, then shortly before election some leftist judge throws the laws out. After the election, laws are ruled constitutional.”
The Supreme Court seems sick of this. Hence why the emergency docket has become so busy.
The legislature got together and passed legislation.
And the judge says “You can’t. I think it’s dumb. I think it’s a burden. That’s how I feel.”
That’s not a system of government. That’s a woman stomping her feet.
I’d say that judge might be in violation of the Constitution. I’m no judge, never worked in that field even, but I believe I could do better than that. Guess that guy wants illegals voting.

I don't expect what should be done without having to say that, will in fact be done. I am paying attention to realities. which is why I support none of the RINOs. They do not support their base. Ignore the judge and do it anyway.
How would they enforce it?
