NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - All members of the House Democratic Caucus have been removed from their committees and subcommittees, according to a letter obtained by WSMV.
The letter, signed by House Speaker Cameron Sexton (R) and addressed to Leader Camper, states that “members of the Democratic Caucus will receive individual letters removing them from all standing committees and subcommittees of the House, except where membership is required.”
Sexton’s letter states that the committee removals are “due to actions taken” by the members during last week’s special session over redistricting across Tennessee. Those actions, Sexton said, “aimed at disrupting the democratic and legislative processes and creating disorder on the House Floor.”
He went on to cite specific examples, such as Democrats interlocking arms and blocking aisles on the House floor. He also accused them of “instigating and encouraging disruptions...in coordination with paid protestors and attendees,” and using “prohibited props and noisemakers on the House Floor.
WSMV earlier learned that multiple representatives had been stripped of their committees through posts they individually made on social media.

This should be the bare minimum when Dems misbehave in red legislative Houses, not the exception.
How about stripping them of their clothes and handing them a MAGA cap to put over any place they consider private.
And then have them run a gamut of citizens with colorful plastic beach bats.

State Representative Justin Pearson of Memphis is one that acted so ugly. He has been doing that Jasmine Crockett ghetto-hood ebonics-speaking grift when in reality he knows how to speak proper English perfectly well. When he was campaigning, he dressed in a suit and tie and articulated issues in perfect English.
To them it’s all a stage and they are the drama characters.
He needs to be the United States Speaker of the Senate.

Pearson went from Huxtable kid to discount store Malcolm X, growing out his ‘fro’ and wearing copycat black glasses. His theatrics haven’t encompassed the Calypso Louis Farrakhan cult yet but he’s got bow ties and has stayed at Holiday Inn Express Suites.
