For years, Democratic politicians and their allies in the legacy media have spread the damnable Charlottesville Hoax: the propaganda myth that President Trump praised bigots who rioted in 2017 in the Virginia town. Of course, the opposite is true, as Trump actually said: “I’m not talking about the neo-Nazis and white nationalists because they should be condemned totally.”
Now, we learn that the entire hoax of Trump and Charlottesville is, itself, built upon another grand lie. The media and people like Joe Biden have continually pushed the narrative that some big, organic gathering of hateful Americans descended upon Charlottesville and represented some larger threat to the republic itself. But it now turns out that the “Unite the Right” rally was organized and financed by the highly partisan, left-wing Southern Poverty Law Center.
In a sweeping 11-count indictment, the Department of Justice and acting Attorney General Todd Blanche charge the advocacy group with criminal defrauding of donors and “manufacturing the extremism it purports to oppose by paying sources to stoke racial hatred.”
The charges contained in this indictment are akin to the fire department becoming an aggressive criminal arson enterprise, setting fires all across a town, and then demanding more budget and authority to fight the very infernos it set ablaze.
So…the end result is that America endured years of propaganda that convinced a large segment of the population – in contravention of the facts – that their president supported violent hate merchants. Even worse, masses of unskeptical Americans, who consume only legacy media content, believed that the entire America First populist movement was based on bigotry, rather than patriotism.

The gullability of people around me is disgusting at best.
--Mark Twain
That's what we're up against. I'm sure there's more than just a few FReepers who buy into the SPLC's preposterous argument that they just paid a few people to infiltrate these organizations in an effort to garner information as opposed to actually paying people to act all crazy and sh*t. See also: Jan. 6.
Does anyone remember, someone from that protest ran over someone, and the culprit had previously been an Obama volunteer?
SPLC was acting as a government cutout. Tipoff should have been the media parroting the same talking points.
Yes, the article mentions it.

Now do J6. J6 was definitely a left wing agit prop operation as well. Antifa infiltrators were bused in to incite violence and fake an insurrection. The objective was to cover up the election steal.
IOW, mission accomplished.
The tip-off in Charlottesville was the fact no one tracked down any of the “unite the right” protesters who were easily identified.
“financed by the highly partisan, left-wing Southern Poverty Law Center.”
This sort of description is way too soft. The SPLC is a subversive, anti American, Hard Core communist, pro marxist group working to destroy America as we have known it. And that still isn’t harsh enough of a description.

I saw footage of C’ville, a black kid pops this old white guy who was marching along , minding his own business, upside the head, sucker punching him, knocking him down. Some white marchers start to chase the kid, a fat white plain clothes cop lifts his shirt to flash his gun and badge and warns the whites to back off.
If you can find the video there are various shots of the people who organized the chaos. Where the woman died there was a purposeful stoppage of traffic when a large van stopped in the intersection. Also there were people (probably CIA or FBI) on the rooftops throwing m80’s at the crowds below them. Lots of footage in the past don’t know it any of it exists now.. I kept some for a while.
The Public was being played and it worked—Trump was branded a racist and it helped to undermine his support. Even the head of the tiki torch marchers was paid to play his part in the psycho-drama. One believe was killed—her blood added to the stamp of authenticity. How many other events were staged? People need to go to jail over this.

“The deed is done, the doers undone.”

Reminds me of that Dirty Harry movie where the psycho pays the guy to beat him up so he can blame Eastwood.
I’m eager to hear the details of how the funding worked relative to the Unite the Right rally. Who exactly did the SPLC pay, when, how much, their communications, what the payments were ostensibly for, the paid person’s (could be more than one) role in organizing the event, what the paid person has said to others about SPLC backing, etc.
The marchers at the Charlottesville rally had a permit, and a coordinated plan with the local PD.
After they had assembled, the permit was revoked, they were told to disperse (which they did) but were funneled by local and State PD into a gauntlet wherein they were abused, attacked with projectiles, and beaten by an angry leftist mob.
It's not important who they were, or what they stood for, or even if they "hated" the people responsible for the destruction of the monuments they came to defend.
