In this exclusive Jerusalem Dateline interview, Iranian-born lawyer, activist, and former Canadian lawmaker Goldie Ghamari joins Chris Mitchell and Joshua Swanson to discuss what she’s hearing from inside Iran as nationwide protests erupt.
Ghamari says unconfirmed reports point to more than 30,000 Iranians killed, calling it the largest massacre since the Islamic regime took power in 1979. She explains why this uprising is different, why Iranians believe the regime’s fall is near, and what freedom could look like after nearly five decades of oppression.
She also shares why Christianity is rapidly growing inside Iran despite persecution, why Iranians are reclaiming their national identity, and why a future alliance between Iran and Israel could be restored.

With IRGC and protesting citizens roaming the streets, the US can’t just rush in, guns ablazing. Intelligence reports have to be analized and decisions made and quickly revised as the situation changes hour by hour. US Armada Nears Middle East Amid Heartbreaking Stories from Iran: ‘They’re Shooting Their Children’

JERUSALEM, Israel – The people of the Middle East are waiting to see when and how President Trump will address Iran’s nearly three-week rebellion against the Islamic regime. The U.S. is sending an armada, which is now on its way to the region.
Even with reports that the death toll is up to 30,000, Iranian-born activist Amir Hamidi tells CBN News that the uprising continues and springs from the heart of the Iranian people.
“From Azerbaijan to Baluchistan to Kurdistan to the southern parts of Iran, from Tehran to Tabriz to Mashhad, I hear one voice, and they want a regime change,” Hamidi reported. “They want freedom. They want a normal life. And if they are afraid, they are intimidated because (of) government, forces. They’re shooting their children, and (security forces are) not giving their bodies (back) until they pay for the body to take him and bury him.”
Hamidi says the regime has enlisted foreign mercenaries, who are often high on the drug Captagon, to break the rebellion.

Amnesty condemns Iran security forces over hospital raid.

Amnesty International condemned Iranian security forces over an attack on a hospital in the western city of Ilam, calling it a violation of international law.
The rights group said security forces targeted Imam Khomeini Hospital, where injured protesters were seeking treatment or shelter, adding that the actions showed “how far the Iranian authorities are willing to go to crush dissent.”
Amnesty said forces fired tear gas, used shotguns, beat people inside the hospital and arrested injured protesters and some family members, urging authorities to “immediately stop the unlawful use of force” and respect medical facilities.

The scale of killing and brutality the regime has carried out against the people is catastrophic. In the brief moments when the internet came back online, thousands of messages poured out.
The death toll is over 30,000. Eyewitnesses say some victims were buried in mass graves.
Detainees are being executed and then reported as ‘killed in protests’ a purge, because prisons are full.
This regime is taking revenge: for two years of public support for Israel, and because it has concluded the Iranian people have no international backing.
If help doesn’t reach Iranians, they will kill everyone by any means.
They’re subjecting us to the logic of: ‘If I don’t benefit, let it all burn.’
