A federal watchdog shared a message Wednesday asking White men to come forward to report potential instances of discrimination against them in the workplace.
Vice President JD Vance re-posted the video message from U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Chair Andrea Lucas on X.
In her video statement, Lucas noted that White men who face workplace discrimination may be able to recover money under the law.
"Are you a white male who has experienced discrimination at work based on your race or sex? You may have a claim to recover money under federal civil rights laws. Contact the @USEEOC as soon as possible," Lucas wrote in the accompanying post on X. "The EEOC is committed to identifying, attacking, and eliminating ALL race and sex discrimination — including against white male employees and applicants."

The discrimination is rampant; they will need a full complement of staff — and still be backlogged. The problem is that it may not be easy to prove. And then you might not be considered a desirable employee to other companies.
Sounds good. But, as a man, it is deeply ingrained in me that No one is coming to rescue me. No one is going to help me. Complaining about something will only make things worse for me. Society is structured to hurt men. This has been true for decades.

I actually got letters where prospective employers admitted I was passed over for “minority” candidates. It was blatant back then.

You punish the companies with the process.

And I suggest you start with TV commercials. And local newscasts.
The industry is filled with small corporations that lease one or two trucks. Sue them and they just fold, pop up somewhere else, and keep going.
The costs of these illegal alien invaders killing people on U.S. roads will be borne by everyone as the insurance rates for all carriers increases.
