If one were dead set on dividing President Donald Trump's MAGA coalition at the seams, how would one proceed? Trying to drive a wedge through the immigration issue doesn't necessarily make sense: Tightening and securing America's borders is so core to the nationalist-populist MAGA project that there can be little room in the coalition for much dissent. Trying to divide MAGA along economic laissez-faire or populism lines is also doomed to fail: As important as pocketbook issues are to everyday Americans, the wonky details of fiscal policy generally don't stoke fiery passion.

One could do a lot worse, however, than focusing on Jews—and specifically, on the respective relationships between American Jews and American Christians and between the United States and Israel. I experienced this firsthand, yet again, this week.

Candace Owens lied about Charlie Kirk's beliefs, and misrepresented a group chat. When Hammer called her out, the affirmative action grifter lost it.

IMO, if the Supreme Court decides that gay marriage is illegal. Whatever your argument, whichever side you’re going to be, it’s difficult to say that MAGA will still be the same if it happens. Trump himself may be in a very difficult situation. It is no secret that he supports it. Meanshile, the social conservatives —at lease some of them— will push for the ban or sending it to the state to decide like abortion.

After we save the republic from the Deep State, we can sort out the rest.

SCOTUS cannot make "gay marriage" illegal. It can only reverse its decision that restricting marriage to heterosexual unions is unconstitutional was incorrect.

That would kick the matter back to the states, just like with abortion. And like abortion, Trump's positions then become irrelevant and its effect on MAGA rather small.

Supporting Federalism is a MAGA issue, so seeing SCOTUS overturn its ridiculous and arrogant decisions to extend Constitutional protection to sodomy would be viewed as a good decision by MAGA just like the reversal on Roe.

The good news is that there are plenty of English-speaking Jews in England which is being overrun by muslims. They can come here and continue to advance our society more than any other group. Kamala drew the line on Josh Shapiro and she’s not the only one that’s wary.

Kirk never turned on Israel but he absolutely was disgusted with Israeli lobbyists that had unjustly labeled him anti-Semitic and harassed him for not disassociating with Tucker Carlson.

I think what you say is correct, but legislatures have always had the power to "define" the legal meanings of words to be something other than what common usage would indicate.

Take "impaired" in DUI cases: the legal meaning is a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or more, not actual impairment. There are many people who are used to drinking who could have a BAC of 0.08% and not show any impairment on valid physical or mental acuity tests.

Amid all of this derision and division, a few people have asked for perspective.  So here it is – my review in brutally drilled down simplicity.

Back in ’23/’24, the plan of Billionaire Larry Ellison and Elon Musk (w/collaboration, ie. K Griffin, R Bigelow etc.), was to divide the MAGA base through the promotion of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.  The Alligator Emoji base (evangelical conservatives) was the wedge.

They failed.

MAGA remained cohesive behind Donald J Trump.  Ron DeSantis eventually quit the race, Ellison and Musk changed camps, Silicon Valley came along, and the rest is 2024 electoral history.

The point to remember is the key strategy was to divide the MAGA base.

Fast forward to 2025.  Larry Ellison, David Ellison, Bill Ackman, Elon Musk, Rupert Murdoch, et al, are looking toward the political future and reverting back to their original objective – divide the MAGA base.

The wedge is the same, only the subject matter of emotional emphasis is Israel.

Look at the names. The wedge divide is identical.

In essence, MAGA is being played by billionaire games with the intent to politically divide in advance of the 2026 midterms.   It also appears to be working swimmingly.

I’m pretty sure President Trump knew exactly what Ellison and crew were all about in 2024.

What evidence do I have?

Well, when did President Trump reverse his position on TikTok?
