California state prison inmate and four-time convicted murderer has been formally charged with the strangulation murder of his wife during a conjugal visit, the Amador County District Attorney's Office told KCRA 3 on Friday.
David Brinson, 54, is serving four consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole for four counts of murder with enhancements for the use of a firearm, according to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. He has been in CDCR custody since February 1994, after his 1993 conviction of four murders in Los Angeles County.

This is why the death penalty is necessary, justified, and moral.

“with the strangulation murder of his wife during a conjugal visit”. I guess he didn’t care much for that visit.

There's a /sarc tag in there somewhere.

Conjugal visits, huh? Have you ever heard of anything so stupid? He should only get visits from the devil.

Why would a woman stay married to a 4 time murderer?

Break this down carefully and see if you still believe the headline and conclusions:
A California state prison inmate ...-snip-... during a conjugal visit... - snip -
...[inmate] David Brinson, just after 2 a.m., used the family visit unit phone to report that his wife passed out during her visitation.
...the county coroner said she was strangled.
Think about it.
I laughed at this line:
Given Brinson's criminal history, Dowells' family questioned how it was that the visitation was unsupervised.

True, that. But enough about the punishment the WARDEN deserves for allowing this POS a conjugal visit...
