The RINOS in congress need to get their asses in gear to really get these judges under control. They just committed political suicide with their new amnesty push and as usual, the opposition party usually loses midterms. There is going to be some fury over the new amnesty scheme and they will lose big. Once that’s done, it’s done. If a democrat wins 2028. And I mean finished.

Okay, so transfer her to the Yuma, NE office and adjust her salary to match the demographics.

I know someone who worked for Gillette who described this HORRIBLE employee in the Chicago area office. When he was going to be fired, the bad employee stated "You can't fire me. I have AIDS." So they transferred him to an office in Boston. Gave him his own small office. Desk. Chair. Phone. No duties. Best they felt they could do under the circumstances.

U.S. District Judge Loren AliKhan issued the order on Thursday, saying that the Trump administration’s firings violated the FTC Act and protections under a 1935 Supreme Court precedent that prevented a president from unilaterally firing officials at independent agencies.

Why do we hzve so many foreign names as judges

We have so many foreign judges and foreign politicians.

They don't like their old country and move here to infect us with their foreign culture and values.

First, they have to define what an ‘independent agency’ is and whether or not it is actually ‘constitutional’ in the first place.

The Constitutional does not mention or allow for ‘independent agencies’ of the Federal Government.

If an ‘Agency’ exists, then it is a part of the government and there are only three branches: Legislative, Executive and Judicial.

As Yoda would say:

There is no ‘Independent’...........................

When a Republican is in office, the most leftist of the 670 or so federal judges become “Super Presidents” able to veto anything the Republican President does.

I agree with you and Yoda.

There are only three branches, so like these “independent agencies,” whenever I had heard that the Dept of Justice is supposed to be independent, I would ask, “Would you like the Dept of Defense to be ‘independent’ and do its own thing without direction from an elected president too?”

Should be the same thing for any agency like the FTC. Hell, you could say the DoD is quasi-judicial too. They have the UCMJ and their own courts. Still have to answer to the elected president, however.

To: Tell It Right

“Calling the FTC “independent” is like calling Stacey Abram’s legs “weak”.

FEDERAL Trade Commission, their name says it’s NOT INDEPENDENT.

If it were truly ‘independent’ they would not be paid by taxpayer’s monies.

Their budget is $425+ MILLION for FY 2024.

That’s DEPENDENCE.

If they were truly ‘independent’, the President would not have to appoint commissioners. They would appoint their own.

That’s DEPENDENCE.

If they were truly ‘independent’, the Senate would not have to approve the appointments.

That’s DEPENDENCE.

If they were truly ‘independent’ they would have absolute power to enforce their edicts.

They have to use the courts to do it.

That’s DEPENDENCE.........................

But to comply, PDJT would have to fire the replacement commissioner he hired back in March.

By the judge’s (il)logic, PDJT cannot fire his appointee!

These judges are a cancer on the legal system.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Worse! They’re a deadly cancer that will quickly kill our constitutional Republic, especially should the USSC ever become dominated by morons like that Jackson idiot!

Congress could do this. But won’t.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>..
This Congress won’t but if the right candidates are elected Congress could pass such a bill.

Trump is good, but we need him to be Pinochet.

Otherwise, Trump is just a speedbump on the road to Hell.
