It is a sad day for my great-grandchildren. They lost their great-grandmother on their mothers side of the family this morning.
I am the only great-grandmother left through bloodline. They have one step-great-grandmother who is the same age as me.

You are may not interested, but the movie “Melania” is on Amazon Prime. I’m well into watching it, but do not at all recommend it.

My daughter and I went to see it at the theater. Waste of money. $15.00 for a LARGE popcorn that my daughter insisted on getting. Except for it being a nice day out with my daughter it was very BORING.

Exactly. It was more of a documentary w/o a plot. I find Melania fascinating and elegant and poised, but please don’t make me watch that movie again.
My sis and I saw it at the theater. It was interesting, but not worth the money.
If there had been an idea of people connecting with her who might be wavering, I think this didn’t help. Fussing over a silly millimeter of the width of ribbon on a hat, and similar fashion focus, made her seem ... not relatable to people who live normal lives.
It was OK, but more like a TV documentary.

Funny, I thought I’d watch the Melania movie a couple of hours ago. I saw the first 10 minutes and packed it in. It’s one thing to look nice and wear beautiful clothes, but good grief. I’m sorry, I just have no time for the obsession she has with every little thing. Boring. Horribly self absorbed. I’m less impressed with her as time goes by.
Gosh! All this is sad, because we are pre-disposed to like her. Sadly, the movie, by us, seems to be universally panned.
