SAN FRANCISCO — A federal judge issued a temporary restraining order Thursday directing President Donald Trump to return control of the National Guard to California.
The order, which takes effect at noon Friday, said the deployment of the Guard was illegal and both violated the Tenth Amendment and exceeded Trump’s statutory authority.
The White House had no immediate comment on the ruling.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom sued to block the Guard’s deployment against his wishes. California later filed an emergency motion asking the judge to block the Guard from assisting with immigration raids.
To Hell with these judges!
The judge was already reversed.
I thought Breyer was overruled by the Ninth Circus yesterday.

The order was stayed by the 9th Circuit of Appeals an hour after it was issued, saying Trump can keep control of the NG until at least Tuesday when it will be re-heard.

You are missing what this is. The headline is purposeful deception. The clueless idiot voters in Chicago will see it and it will have the desired effect. The immediate stay will be reported with a whisper.
They’re handing Trump the perfect case for an Andrew Jackson moment. The optics are there and all he has to say is, “Just like President Eisenhower, I am mobilizing the National Guard to protect the lives and rights of American citizens. No judge can order the commander in chief to do otherwise!”

I am still mystified that Gavin Newsom was able to file the lawsuit in San Francisco. Obviously, he did it to steer the case to a friendly judge in a case of forum shopping.
Jurisdiction would have been more appropriate in Los Angeles or San Francisco.
Another fed judge, a black, woman Obama appointee-box checker, Dist. Court Judge Casper just ruled President Trump trying to stop foreigners from voting in our ellections, uhh, no can do.
Do you think he will figure out what’s going on by midterms, and start ignoring democrats in gowns, in that he/we/Americans won and everything and democrats lost big?
