The Trump DOJ responded to a federal judge’s order demanding more details on its decision to deport MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia to El Salvador’s CECOT prison.
On Tuesday evening Judge Paula Xinis, an Obama appointee, erupted on the Trump Administration after a conference to address the government’s dispute over discovery in the Kilmar Abrego Garcia case.

“Defendants’ objection reflects a willful and bad faith refusal to comply with discovery obligations. The objection is overruled. Defendants are therefore ordered to supplement their answers in full compliance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Their answers must include facts responsive to the requests, not oblique and incomplete, non-specific characterizations,” Judge Xinis wrote

Didn’t the Supreme Court in its ruling say that lower courts should give deference to the executive branch when dealing with foreign affairs? This judge should be reminded of this.

“You can take a flying leap if you think we are going to tell you how we are working with El Salvador, Mexico, or any other country to fight terrorists, transnational gangs, and cartels. Neither you nor your clerks have a high enough clearance for us to tell you that. SCOTUS has already ruled on what needs to happen in this case. They gave you two jobs: define “facilitate” and keep your butt out of foreign relations. You are in contempt on both counts. See you in court.
