Airbus is a European aerospace company originally founded as a consortium by France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Spain in 1970. Its headquarters are located in Blagnac, near Toulouse, France, which is considered its main base of operations and where much of its research and development is conducted.
The company was formed to compete with American aircraft manufacturers and has since become one of the world’s leading commercial aircraft producers. Airbus operates major production and assembly sites across several European countries, including Germany and Spain, and also has facilities in China and the United States.
In summary, Airbus is a multinational European company with French roots and headquarters, but it is truly a collaborative enterprise involving multiple European countries.
I would too.
china is stepping on their own d##k.
I guess they will be taking the Air Bus.
Boeing quality as of late hasn’t been something to brag about. Isn’t it odd that China can’t make their own domestic airliners. You would think that by now they would have stolen a few sets of Boeing designs.
China will get their Boeings through other countries.
It’s deja vu all over again.
Back to the Clinton years.
Chicoms think they can play Trump like Clinton.
Right. It says so in the article.
Trade wars aren’t pain-free - but China is going to be hurting a lot more than the US, since China exports far more to the US than it imports.
Trump should have the planes China is defaulting on converted to tankers and cruise missile dispensers. Also tell the EU that if they wish to aid China in this trade war, then their tariffs will be automatically set to the same levels as China’s.
EU ❤️ China
“YTD, 18 aircraft have been delivered to nine airlines in China”
Has a District Judge ordered those planes be returned to Boeing?
Right. We have to do this. We have to decouple from the Communists. It still blows my mind that we are at this point. Sold out by our own government.
The only thing we’re missing is the receipts for our organs.
That’s fine. We shouldn’t be selling anything to the communist Gook bastards anyway.
It will take years to negotiate Airbus Plane Deals with China.
You must think Airbus has an extra 87 Planes in Inventory.
They don’t.
I think that is already the plan. If your nation helps China, your tariff’s will be the same as China’s. Thats why so many countries are trying to get out ahead of this.
Which only serves to highlight the reason we need to grow domestically.
It doesn’t matter - China is developing its own airliners and will eventually replace their Boeings and Airbuses anyway.
30 years ago, the Europeans thought they were going to have a great market for high speed trains. China had the Europeans build a short line in Shanghai, studied it, and then built their own
When the f*** will westerners wake up?
It’s SOP for the Chinese Communists.
