1. Republican appointed justices have been a majority on the SCOTUS since 2005.
2. Republicans have been a majority in the House of Representatives since January of 2023.
For whatever reason, Republicans are unwilling or unable to use the authority and power given to them by their constituents.

It shouldn’t SCARE anyone. He should have been removed by now. CONgressweenies could do their job, Wayne Allen Root’s suggestion of investigating the judge’s finances should be happening...Dirtdiggers, honeytraps, and good old intimidation tactics should all be employed.
