WASHINGTON — A federal judge has granted a temporary restraining order blocking the Trump administration from removing some immigrants from the United States using the Alien Enemies Act. The ruling stems from a lawsuit, J.G.G. v. Trump, filed earlier today by the American Civil Liberties Union, Democracy Forward, and the ACLU of the District of Columbia challenging the president’s expected unlawful and unprecedented invocation of the act.

This one only lands before Trump even tried to use it. He mentions he might use this law and an Obongo judge cancels something Trump has not even done, which is which is not even legal itself. I guess the SC is going to let these hacks walk all over the executive branch.

I thought federal judges weren’t supposed to be members of exclusive private clubs. Judge Boasberg is apparently a member of Hair Club for Men.
The existing immigration law already says just that. The president and or the AG can remove any alien 'THEY' view to be threat to the country, for any reason or no reason at all. These decisions are not subject to judicial review.
The courts are way out of their lane, the constitution and congress never gave them authority to intervene in these administrative matters.

I hope Trump ignores the Judge. Spit out TDA and sends them home. Will the Judge order America to go pick them up and bring them back? I don’t think so. And Trump will move on.
