Dingell: People Are Still Worried About Grocery Bills, Have Rising Rent, Can’t Buy Home
Breitbart ^ | 01/04/2025 | Ian hatchett

During an interview with C-SPAN on Friday, Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI) stated that people are still worrying about the high prices of groceries, seeing rent increases, and “can’t afford to buy a home.”

Dingell stated, “I go to Kroger on Sunday mornings. I have a routine. And when I’m in that — in the store, people know I’m going to be there. They come and talk to me about what — the price of eggs is what’s really, I think has not still quieted down, how they’re worried about their grocery bills, about people that can’t afford to buy a home. The rent’s going up, everyday issues that matter to working men and women across the country.”

She forgot that Biden is still the President. I know, it’s hard to tell.

Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-MI) - an obnoxious attention whore with very little intelligence.

Reagan had to fix Carter’s blunders, took years, interest rates as high as 20%, and record bankruptcies. Trump has to fix Bidens blunders.

The Dingell seat in congress

“After the September 19, 1955, death of the elder John Dingell, a special election called to fill the remainder of Dingell’s term was won by his son, John Jr., who took his father's place in Congress on December 13, 1955. John Dingell Jr. retired from the House of Representatives as the longest-serving member of Congress in history at 59 years and 21 days and its longest serving Dean at 20 years on January 3, 2015, and his wife Debbie Dingell was elected to succeed him. As of 2023, the three Dingells had represented the southeastern Michigan area for 90 consecutive years.”

Debbie is a rich dem catholic from the Fisher family, famous for GM and other auto concerns. Her husband and his family have been in congress for forever. This is Priveleged with a capital P. She possibly lives in the Ann Arbor area (her new district) - University of Michigan. Her local Kroger has about 0% chance of people complaining of egg prices.

I’ve seen her on television but didn’t know who she was.

She seems to be only a notch above Harris in her ability to formulate sentences and communicate anything substantial.

That’s what happens when the administration gives away hundreds of billions of dollars to a foreign country; taxes and punishes work, effort, and success; rewards indolence; and lets millions of non-producing non-Americans into the country and treats them ten thousand times better than the Americans who are paying the way for their non-working replacements.

I think, perhaps, we need to look at districts and states where political offices are treated as titles of nobility, handed down in certain families for decades.

That seems truly un-American.

Prices never came down at all either, hate this rate of inflation has come down bullcrap you hear. Damage was done, now reverse it. Minor example, but I would occasionally pull through drive thru and get 2 double cheeseburgers and a small drink for $3.25 for years. Eventually they took away a slice of cheese, so become 2 mcdoubles and small drink for $3.25, ok whatever, no biggie. Went through other day, my order, $6.41, holy crap! Hopefully Trump policies gets it closer to $3.25.
