I've watched video of Byrd executing Ashli Babbitt. He was under NO threat whatsoever. None. That boy killed Ashli in cold blood. He should be tried and executed for her cold blooded murder. Hanged, drawn, and quartered would be a good start.

And, needless to add, if this were a white cop with such a deplorable record who shot a black female, the DOJ would have parachuted lawyers on the agency and did an exhaustive review of records with a goal of getting a huge settlement and a 10 year consent decree on the agency.
