Wow, the average height on that stage, including the women, must be 6’+. In my experience at major corporations, all of the senior executives were 6' or more, many of them 6'3" or 6'4".
That's the real glass ceiling - people prefer leaders with alpha characteristics.

I met Lara Trump and got my picture taken with her in 2015 at a GOP luncheon in Raleigh, NC. The top of my head was just about 3-4 inches above her elbow!
She big tall!!!! And oh so kind and gracious.
