POLL SHOCKER: Trump Leads Harris in New Hampshire
NH Journal ^ | October 27, 2024 | Michael Graham

Posted on 10/27/2024 10:22:02 PM PDT by MinorityRepublican

Amid signs that former President Donald Trump is slowly gaining momentum in the race for the White House, a new New Hampshire Journal/Praecones Analytica poll released Sunday night finds he’s leading Vice President Kamala Harris in the Granite State.

Trump’s slim 50.2 to 49.8 percent lead is insignificant, well within the margin of error.

But the fact that Trump, who’s lost the Granite State twice, is leading in a state Democrats carried in seven of the last eight presidential races, could be very significant. It’s one of a series of indicators that the Trump campaign is expanding the field of potential pick-up states less than two weeks before Election Day.

The survey of 622 registered voters was conducted by the Praecones Analytica polling firm between Oct. 24-26.

“There’s a reason Kamala Harris has been spending money in New Hampshire. She’s on defense and knows President Trump is on the path to victory,” said Trump national campaign spokesperson – and Atkinson, N.H., native – Karoline Leavitt.

“To my fellow Granite Staters who want to keep our beautiful state safe, business-friendly, and free — get out and vote for President Trump. Kamala Harris is a radical liberal who would destroy New Hampshire and America forever.”

In the race for governor, Ayotte continues to hold a modest but steady lead. In the NHJournal poll, she’s leading Democrat Joyce Craig 52 to 48 percent.

There’s time for VA and NM to start wobbling, too. Maybe Maine?

The “Live Free or Die” state’s been voting commie a lot. So much for Living Free. They WILL die under hard-core commie rule. Maybe this cycle they’ll get their heads out of their asses and vote for freedom from Kammunism.

I’m honestly starting to think that Joe Biden, even with his hellacious bad debate in the summer, would now still be a more competitive option than heels up Harris.

I think at the very least, he would have kept the male vote.

I do think it’s becoming clear that there’s a certain cohort of blue-collar white voters who buy into Biden’s “lunchbucket Joe from Scranton” shtick but have no use for Commie-la.

I feel like someone needs to deliver King Henry’s St. Crispians Day speech made before the Battle of Agincourt about now and hope it will not be necessary later.

Believe it or not there was a time when NH was solidly Republican. Vermont has always been more or less a lost cause.

This is purely anecdotal, but I live in southern New Hampshire on the Massachusetts border and I see Trump signs everywhere. I see very, very few Harris signs.

My definition of an early election night is 1984 when Reagan blew away Mondale. If we could have something like that, I would like it. Very much.

Harris s a bad candidate, period. Harris finished last in the 2020 democrats presidential primary, not one delegate or primary won. Harris does not connect with voters and has horrible political instincts. She selected Walz who is terrible. She is running as a change candidate but can’t articulate what will change. She doesn’t answer questions and resorts to word salad. She got selected because Joe Biden had to chose a black female VP. Democrats knew Biden is senile and hoped he could hold together. It was obvious Joe could not hold together. They should have never let Joe Run for this term. Now they will blame Trump.

Harris is like fingernails on a chalkboard and she’s basically retarded. Walz is an old angry queen. What a pair those two. I’d love to see them go down in flames.

Why is he liked so much!!?!?

And he is/was.

He was a challenge, even half alive.

I believe that a lot of people said they wouldn’t vote for hi to get dems to change the candidate...BUT that once he was going to be the only candidate, they would have gone back to him.

harris is a blackish, female dukakis.

Only I didn’t hate him :) Just hated his politics

It’s been a while since dems had to hold their nose and vote for a candidate ( Harris ) like many of us did for Romney and McCain. Enjoy it it leftists. I’m still wondering if the dem’s current strategy is to find a new candidate who’s worse than the last one. God only knows who they are going to try and stick us with in 2028. It’s almost like they’re on some kind of long term bet. Popcorn time.

I sure hope so. So many people think New Hampshire is a red or purple state. It’s a damn blue state, there’s no doubt about it. I refer to NH as “North Massachusetts”.

lol

Their strategy of getting a youngish, decent looking, at least somewhat likeable male was a decent formula.

Though clinton would have lost had Bush been a better campainger...AND the msm wasn’t so powerful as it was back then.

I detest obama and all he stands for...but I wont lie and say i think he is unlikeable when he speaks.

This Unikeable, not very attractive (at least to me) female formula has been catastrophic for them! shillary, now this creature.

I’m guessing they go back to male in his 40s or 50s, good looking and likeable.

But I’m guessing Musk is even smarter than people think and may be grooming his own guy for 2028 Rs :)

Thank you for mentioning that. Your comment sent me on a far-flung research run that was most educational and enjoyable.
