Political analyst Jonathan Alter commented Friday on CNN’s “The Situation Room” on President Donald Trump‘s rise in the polls, which he attributed to voters not grasping “fascism.”
Host Wolf Blitzer said, “Trump’s latest praise for dictators as a new ABC poll finds that nearly half the country thinks Trump is a fascist, will put those numbers up on the screen there you see 49% believe Trump is a fascist and yet our new CNN national poll today shows the race is tied you can see it over there, 47% to 47%. How do you square that?”

Dinesh D'Souza wrote a whole book on the subject. We all know who is the mastermind behind Communism. Who is the mastermind behind Facism? (Hint: He was murdered by a Communist!).
In a way this right, and it could be working in our favor a bit. Only the elite and the educators in the conspiracy understand what Communism or Fascism really is. The last two generations of students programmed in public institutions have not been taught what these truly are. So other than the orchestrators of the conspiracy, the ignorant product they put out really do not know what these mean or represent.
I run into it with these kids all the time, “You realize what they are doing to you is fascist and communist right?”. They always reply with “what is that?”. The point is using those terms to try and talk sense into them does no good, they are ignorant and really do not know because they have not been taught what they mean. But in turn when the left falsely applies those same labels to Trump and the right they are wasting their time for the same reason, their targeted audience really doesn’t understand what they are talking about anyhow.
So for the left to use those terms against the right might just be going over the heads of those they are trying to convince and might not be as effective as they think. It is like trying to explain algebra to a four year old. It is like speaking another whole language they don’t understand. They are wasting their time using this terminology on these last two generations. It is not going to work the way they think it will.

The headline is likely true, but what Alter misses is that Trump ain’t one, either.
FASCISM...IS THE BIGGER THE GOVERNMENT IS THE MORE THERE IS FASCISM...DO THEY GET IT. BIG, BIG GOVERNMENT...IF ANYTHING PRESIDENT TRUMP’S POLICIES DO ...THE DIRECT...OPPOSITE????

IT MEANS...LESS...LESS GOVERNMENT.
TO UNDERSTAND WHAT FASCISM IS...LOOK TO THE DEMONCRAT PARTY...IT LIVES THERE, IT THRIVES THERE, IT GROWS THERE.

My Uncle is a far left Democrat.
Before Trump ever entered the Presidential race, Uncle posted something political on his Facebook timeline only about once every 2-3 weeks. But when Trump announced his intention to run for President, Uncle ramped up his political postings to several times a day, every day of the week.
To hear Uncle tell it, all Republicans were Nazis and Trump was Hitler. One of Uncle’s Facebook friends politely took him to task for comparing Trump to Hitler. Uncle went off on the guy, saying he knows what the second coming of Hitler and the Nazis looked like due to his family’s personal experiences with the Nazi holocaust.
How his grandparents perished at the hands of the Nazis during the Holocaust. How he lost 8 out of 10 Aunts and Uncles to the Holocaust. How his Father, Mother and Sister barely escaped to the United States by the skin of their teeth.
Problem with that was it’s all lies.
His grandparents (my great grandparents) emigrated to the United States at the turn of the 20th century with their first child (born in Poland in 1901), decades before the rise of Hitler and his Nazis. His Parents (my grandparents) were born in the United States.
The remainder of his Aunts and Uncles (he had no Uncles by blood. His grandparents had only one boy, his father, and three daughters) were all born in the United States. Same with his Sisters (one of which is my mother).
None of them, his parents or his Aunts, stepped foot into Europe their entire lives, let alone during the holocaust (with the exception of one Uncle, by marriage, who joined the US Army in 1943 at the age of 30 and fought through Europe during WWII).

Oh.... Hey, Alter... maybe we do understand what fascism is...... maybe a majority of Americans have decided that you don’t understand what happens to a “minority” of people that THINK they control the stupid citizens.....
