How is this kind of thing even possible with all the Texas law enforcement available there? El Paso PD is large and very competent, the Texas Rangers and DPS are available, and Texas even has a State Guard it could use.

Seems unlikely for Texas.

It's only four apartment buildings in Texas entirely taken over by extremely violent Venezuelan gangs. You make it seem like it's 5 or more apartment buildings. Sheesh.

The fact is that you freepers simply refuse to accept the fact that letting tens of millions of illegal immigrants (including many extremely violent criminals) into our once-great nation is a very good thing for Amerika. As they spread across our once-great nation, they make Amerika more diverse, more inclusive and more equitable (more DEI).
